The Space:

Primary Suite: King bed, water views, private balcony access, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. Second Bedroom: Two Queen beds, ensuite bathroom, and flat-screen TV. Living/Dining Area: Bright and open, with plenty of room to relax, play games, or dine in. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook meals (just bring your favorite spices and oil). A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. The oversized balcony overlooks the marina and heated pool—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. It even has private stair access directly to the docks and pool, with keyless entry for added privacy and security. Dockage Included! A boat slip is reserved for your stay, with fresh water, power, and a covered fish cleaning station. A commercial ice maker is available on-site for your daily catch or sunset cruise. Guests will have full access to the entire 1350 sq ft condo, including the primary suite with a king bed and private balcony, the second bedroom with two queen beds, the living and dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of a private elevator directly to your unit. Outside, you can relax by the heated pool, utilize the BBQ grills and tiki area, and take advantage of the boat slip reserved for your stay. The adjacent park with tennis courts is also available for your enjoyment. Free on-site parking is provided.

Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Pet friendly for one dog, up to 25lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 1 vehicle (to include golf cart rental). Max boat length 40ft, max boat beam 13ft, there is a fixed bridge entrance with 18-ft clearance into the marina. No overnight stays on boat. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals. There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.
