One Ocean Place - Direct Oceanfront

This luxurious 1240 sq. ft. 2-bedroom oceanfront condo is situated on the third floor of One Ocean Place and offers all the comforts of home. One Ocean Place is Garden City's premier luxury condominium complex located just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. The unit offers magnificent views of the beach and has a fabulous deck to have breakfast on in the mornings or a drink with your loved one at sunset. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, wet bar and entertainment center, housing a VCR/DVD, stereo, CD player and flat screen TV. The room is designed with 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony also accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a television and a king size bed. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet and a safe for your valuables. The second bedroom with adjoining bath has 2 twin beds and flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, small appliances and full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker. This is a non smoking unit.

Fabulous Beach Condo

Absolutely beautiful property exactly as described and as the photos show in the listing. This place has a million dollar panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room. We enjoyed being lulled to sleep listening to the waves coming ashore right outside the bedroom. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed—even attractively placed beach novels to read and thoughtfully provided makeup towels. When we needed to get out of the sun, the large, nicely furnished balcony was perfect. The complex has great security, two nice pools with hot tubs, parking garage, beach access, and elevators. Owner is very nice and personable. We would love to rent this unit again!

This property is as advertised. Beautiful, clean and comfortable inside. Gorgeous views from the wall of windows! Easy and convenient check in and property owners were available and very helpful. Easy and quick access to the beach, and the owners had all ready rented beach chairs and umbrella for the unit. Our stay was cut short due to tropical storm Debby - but we will definitely return!

The condo was very nice and well kept and overall had a wonderful time. *Need a differnent way to access the beach after the pool closes. It is not safe having children walking through the packing garage!

Beautiful week

This is a great property to spend a vacation or a long weekend at. The condo was clean, well decorated and offered anything one needs for a great vacation. Tony was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions that arose. The Garden City Beach area is our favorite area in all of Myrtle Beach and this condo just reinforced that for us. Would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The ocean front view on the large balcony is so breath-taking! I enjoyed drinking coffee out there and watching the sunrise and set every day. The condo is tastefully decorated with beautiful beach decor, was super clean and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tony was a great host and easy to contact. We would stay here again, no hesitation!

Myself, husband and 2 boys ages 15 and 11 stayed. It was nice that the boys had their own room, tv and bathroom. The views were amazing. I could have sat in the chair by the window all day and read and watch the waves! The place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was a great touch so after we went to the beach we could spend time at the pool. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. Also, the beach chair setup every morning was amazing and something we have never experienced before! The condo had extra chairs for our boys to take down too or we used them in the evening after the beach service chairs were put away. The girl setting everything up and taking everything down was super impressive. We did venture to Myrtle Beach area and went to the aquarium and wonderworks.

A Wonderful Week

We could not have asked for better accommodations or a better host. The condo is immaculate and very upscale with lots of personal touches. The property owner Tony is the most gracious and giving host. I wish all owners we’re as communicative as he is. Tony communicated with me from the very first day I inquired about his property, during our stay and after we checked out. We will definitely stay here again. Five stars across the board.

This condo was perfect in every way! This trip was a girls trip and it met and exceeded our needs!!! The condo is very very clean and up to date with the decor.... it was beautiful! The atmosphere was fresh and relaxing. The shower in the master bedroom is AMAZING!!!!! This was a great place for me and my best friend!! The view was exactly what was advertised...the beautiful ocean!! I highly recommend staying at this condo! Perfect location, beach is clean, and security is on their game. Advice: one week is not enough!!!! We will be returning ASAP!!! Tony was easy to reach and was attentive to questions we had! He is a pleasure to rent from and a very friendly guy!! My wife and I have always loved being near the beach. When we came to visit my wife's father in Myrtle Beach after he retired here, we just fell in love with everything about this area -- great people, beautiful beaches, myriad choices of restaurants to name just a few of the many things to love about Myrtle Beach.

Why they chose this property

After having investigated all the areas in Myrtle Beach, we chose Garden City Beach because of it's family atmosphere, quietness and it's beauty. After deciding on the area, we decided to buy a unit in One Ocean Place because, frankly, it is the best condominium complex in the area.

What makes this property unique

One Ocean Place is situated approximately halfway between the Garden City Pier and Surfside Pier. This offers you the opportunity to walk the beach with a destination in mind if you so choose. Each pier offers entertainment and food. The Conch Cafe (a favorite local restaurant open for lunch and dinner) is right next door and offers outside dining.
