The Space:
Welcome to your fully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront retreat, comfortably sleeping 6! This spacious corner unit offers more room, a larger balcony, and stunning, unobstructed views of the harbor and pool. The open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that invite in the ocean breeze. Relax in the large living room, enjoy a meal in the fully equipped kitchen (just bring your own spices & oil), or take in the view from your private balcony—complete with direct stair access to the pool and docks. The master suite features water views, a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own full ensuite bathroom. A pull-out sofa and full-size washer/dryer make this home comfortable for longer stays or families. Love fishing? Bring your boat! A slip is included with your stay—no extra cost. The dock is equipped with power, fresh water, a covered fish cleaning station, and even a commercial ice machine for your catch. You'll have full access to the entire 1,350 sqft unit, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony with direct access to the pool and docks. Included with your stay is a boat slip, perfect for fishing enthusiasts. You can also utilize the heated pool, on-site tiki bar, BBQ grills, fish cleaning station, and commercial ice machine. Parking is free and available on-site for one vehicle. The building offers a private elevator and secure keyless entry for your convenience. Additionally, you'll have access to high-speed WiFi.

Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Pet friendly for one dog, up to 25lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 1 vehicle (to include golf cart rental). Max boat length 40ft, max boat beam 13ft, there is a fixed bridge entrance with 18-ft clearance into the marina. No overnight stays on boat. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent.

Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals.

There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.
