My name is Felix Mari, I'm a father of 4 children and 2 grandkids. I have been married to my wife for the past 20 years. My profession is a yacht broker and my passion is the ocean. We love spending our days in Hutchinson Island, traveling to the Bahamas in our yacht and we love the outdoors and fishing.
Why they chose this property
The passion I have for the ocean is what made my family and I purchase this property. It was a dream and a goal of ours. This property is a hidden gem and driving to this island brings you peace, joy and tranquility. There's nothing better than, waking up early in the morning to watch the sunrise of the Atlantic Ocean.
What makes this property unique
What made us fall in love with our condo was that it's a beachfront, the brightness of the condo, the sound of the ocean right in our doorstep and no need for an elevator to go to your condo. Also, the amount of parking spaces available for owners and guests.
