ALL YEAR AROUND PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL !

Beautiful 5-bedroom house in the heart of Poconos. The house has an 85 F heated swimming pool all year round. The house also has a fire pit, an indoor fireplace, a beautiful kitchen, and fantastic nature.
It is located 7 min to Kalahari water park, 10 min to Camelback Ski resort, and 15 min to Crossings Premium Outlet.
Access to the private lake beach is available upon request—also, a public community indoor and outdoor pool, tennis, basketball court, and more are available. Lake accesses are available upon request for an extra charge. Everyone must sign a waiver.
We also offer the use of the amenities of the community like the lake access you have to request a badge. The fees are as follows
1-day pass $15 per person
3-day pass $20 per person
7-day pass $40 per person
*Children 2 and under are free. Will provide the form. It's very simple.

Pool is misrepresented

Overall house is very nice and spacious. However we paid twice as much as we normally would for a rental over NYE because we thought the heated pool would be a big hit for the family. (Assuming the high cost of the rental is due to the insurance for the pool). We were extremely disappointed that the pool was misrepresented.The pool water was clear, however the condition of the overall pool has not been maintained. There are calcium, iron and copper stains all over the bottom and sides of the pool, due to well water. Personally I have a ground pool and I have well water and there are a ton of chemicals out there that with regular maintaining will work on any pool. It is also recommended that people with sensitive skin do not swim in such conditions, even though there is no health risk, it can cause skin irritation to those with sensitive skin. Our grandchildren all have sensitive skin so they weren’t able to go in the pool. Honestly, just by the look of it, no one else wanted to go in either. Highly disappointed and felt like we should’ve received some money back for the pool being misrepresented. Had we known it actually looked like it did, we would not have rented this property and saved 2000.

First Family Vacation

Kitchen/dining are very spacious to accommodate my family of 6 adults and 6 children. Hot tub and pool were a big hit with the children. Outdoor grill was great for cooking our family meals. Bunkbeds were perfect to accommodate 5 children (ages 3,4, 6, 6, and 8). Minor issue with garbage was PROMPTLY resolved by property manager within a few hours. Excellent communication. Overall very pleased with the rental of this property.

Pictures are not accurate

Renter beware! My family, close friends and their children rented this house in early July. The pictures on the listing are extremely misleading. The house looked like it had been vacant for months. The pool was green, the sliding glass door leading to the deck was broken and would not lock, there was a broken window that would not close, the floors were sticky and felt very dirty, and there was miscellaneous trash all over the back yard. After 1 night in the house, we decided to leave. The owner said they would have someone come out, but there was no saving this mess of a house.

Home away from home

We had a awesome time staying at this property. It is very clean and has alot of space for everyone. Also very close to the stores and shops you need. I recommend staying here if you are bringing family and friends together under one roof.

Beautiful house and amazing pool

We have stayed at many VRBO homes with our entire family. This home has the most unique pool. It is great rain or shine. The owners are very prompt in addressing any issues that might come up. All rental properties have things that just happen. That is to be expected. You just want the owners/managers to care and resolve the problem. We loved this home and want to come back again.
