Pelican's Perch is located an easy walk from the Pacific Seawatch Community Club House and Pool, complete with premium workout equipment, a 45' saltwater indoor swimming pool, a hot tub and a 9-hole mini golf course. A short 10-minute orientation provides you access to the facility during your stay.
Per requirements by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association, a signed Release Form is required to gain access to the community clubhouse. We will reach out after booking to provide this form to sign.
