Feel at home in this new fully equipped studio, located in the heart of the Golden Zone in Bucerías, one block from the beach, close to delicious restaurants, bars, and nearby supermarkets without the need to use the car.
Enjoy a small view of the bay from your private balcony, don't miss a day of training in the gym, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

The studio is on the fourth floor.
It has a double-size bed and full bathroom and rain shower, a private outdoor furnished terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction stove, microwave oven, minibar, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and a small living room.
*All units are “Lock-off” style, which means that you can join a studio/apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, 2 terraces) with capacity for up to 6-8 guests. Ask for more information.
*Guest access*
All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.

*This apartment DOES NOT have a reserved parking space. You can rent one for 150 pesos per night (subject to availability).*
