We really enjoyed our stay here. Great area, great hosts! We encountered some crazy weather and were a little alarmed when the Tornado alarms went off, but our host was in contact during that time and let us know the safest places to be in the house should something happen. It turned out the "tornado" passed north and east of us and was over just as quick as it started. We enjoyed the back deck in the evenings. Many walkable places to eat with good food and good times. Would definitely stay here again. Comfortable beds!
This property was wonderful! We were in town for a cheer competition, but also wanted to have some fun during our stay. The neighborhood was safe and convenient to everything. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and well decorated. The host, Neil, was awesome to work with. My daughter ended up leaving her wallet there, and he was so helpful with getting it back to us! Great Stay, will stay there again on return!
We had a wonderful stay at this home! Six minutes from our daughter's apartment, enough room for our family and for Thanksgiving dinner. Clean and close to downtown Nashville. Communications were great too!
This house was a great place to stay while visiting Nashville. The neighborhood was a quiet one, although the house next door is going through a major renovation and construction work noise was audible. The house and beds were as described in the photos. There was very little toilet paper and one garbage bag. Bring your own laundry soap and bath soap. The door knob was partially broken. The property manager offered to come do the repair, but it held up during our stay. Very easy check in. The manager sends the door code day of your stay Answers emails well
Pretty much 15-20 minutes from everything downtown, which made the Uber rides super nice and cheap. They text me before check in with local places to eat and suggestions which was super nice! Perfect for three couples to get away. I will say the beds were on the firm side. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and the back porch was nice to sit out and enjoy the weather. There was some construction going on at the neighbors, but otherwise very quiet neighborhood.
Very nice home to stay in. I would recommend this place. Very clean.
Not any deal breakers but Cons: Ice maker makes little ice. Grill is not gas. Bring your own charcoal. Living room furniture not comfortable for 6 adults.
Pros: very roomy kitchen. Everything you need is there. Very fun time! Packers won!!! How ‘bout dem Packers!
Very clean house with 3 king size beds. Great to relax on the porch after a long day in downtown. Close to Fat Bottom brewery. Great food. Will stay here again when in Nashville.
We had a medical emergency that we needed to stay close to St. Thomas for a week. Location was great. House is in a good neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable. Loved the back covered porch. Lastly, the communications from the owner/property manager was excellent. Highly recommend!
This property was perfect for three adult couples. In a very quiet neighborhood close to downtown. It felt very much like home. Communication was great and the check-in process was easy!
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville.
The house overall worked great for our long weekend stay in Nashville. My only complaint was the living room furniture is not very comfortable, but it worked fine for the amount of time we were there.
We were absolutely blown away by this property! The pre-trip communication was excellent and the home is beautiful. A gem in a nice quiet neighborhood with the best back yard ever. Perfect place for a morning cup of coffee and an evening glass of wine. The beds were heavenly. We had no trouble getting an Uber to take us downtown and the trip was only 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place and if we go to Nashville again we will definitely look to see if they have availability
We so enjoyed our stay at this cozy home for the long weekend. House was very clean; beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn't take advantage of the back deck, but it was very nice with ample seating, lights and a grill for cooking. We had 2 cars, and the driveway was big enough for both. This house is conveniently located to the downtown area as well as the airport. We loved that we were able to get to and from the downtown area within 10 minutes. It is a great quiet neighborhood to rest and relax from a night out on the town. We really enjoyed our stay and would totally stay here again. Thank you so much Ben for opening your home and allowing us to stay!
My wife and I stayed here with my cousins from Jersey. The house was in a great location to enjoy many different places in and around Nashville. Close enough to Uber around but we had a car. Fat Bottom Brewing Co is just around the corner, to grab a bite to eat and enjoy corn-hole with a drink. About a mile away, we enjoyed a nice day of Golf at McCabe Golf Course. The Parthenon was close and a nice place to go for a walk around the pond. The place had a well stocked kitchen if you want to cook in and a nice grill as well. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The neighbors we met were kind and friendly. Parking for three cars (in the driveway and not on the street). We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Ben for allowing us to stay.
The location was convenient, but quiet, which we appreciated. It was nice to return to a calm, relaxing "home" at the end of the day. Our biggest issues are 1) we were notified that the stove top had a cracked burner, but was usable. It was not usable in any way; the "crack" was a shatter that covered more than half of the stove top. 2) we were unable to use the wireless the entire time. The modem was labeled with the log in information, but it had been changed. We had continuous communication with the owner? property manager? throughout our stay but none of their suggestions worked. There was a slight delay in receiving responses, but we also did not just sit at the house waiting to resolve the issue. Ultimately, we never had any wifi. 3) It seemed as though whoever had been cleaning may have left quickly. Towels were not stocked, there was no extra toilet paper, etc available and the "owner closet" was wide open when we arrived.
Overall, we had a great time in Nashville and loved the house. We definitely would consider staying here again.
