My son got married in Conroe. He, the groomsmen and all his family stayed here. We are all from out of town! It was very spacious. Everyone got to hangout prior to the big event while enjoying privacy as well. Everything was lovely. Thank you for having us!
Our extended family had a fabulous time gathering for a holiday celebration. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the host had thoughtfully set out tables so we could all dine together. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large number of people. The host
We filled the house with family from near and far.
The house accommodated the large group and had plenty of space. This is a huge probably with plenty of room. We hiked, had lovely fires outside, played lots of yard games, loved the hot tub and used the BBQ! Property needs some work, but the property owners are clearly working on it and very wonderful!
Great location for our son’s wedding weekend! They were married in Tomball and only had a 20min drive to venue. Plenty of space for extended family to stay together! Check in process was very easy. Good communication from Alma. A few issues with cleanliness but nothing that we couldn’t deal with!

Great place to stay with a large family. We drove in for my son’s wedding, and had a wonderful time visiting. It was quiet, peaceful, and welcoming.
This house was perfect for our family gathering. The property is beautiful and the kids had fun with all the games available. I will definitely be going back.
Great house on beautiful land. We enjoyed walking the property and fishing in the pond. The house was comfortable with plenty of room to accommodate an even larger group than ours. There are a couple of minor repairs needed, but the host was made aware and is working on them. We didn’t want to bother the host about it Saturday, but the pool could have had a more thorough cleaning. After notifying them, they would have been willing to have a pool cleaner come to service it. Overall communication was easy.
The house was just as described and very spacious and perfect for our whole family. Location was close to everything we needed. We would definitely rent again when we come back.
This is one of the best properties I've stay at. If you're looking for seclusion, relaxation, and enjoyment this is the spot. We were visiting Houston most of the time here but the 40 min commute is worth it becausewhen you finally arrive you feel AT HOME.
We had 2 sets of grandparents and our family stay with us while our son played baseball around the Houston area. It was a great alternative to renting multiple hotel rooms! The area was quiet and private and there was plenty of room for us to be together.
The only thing i found that i needed was measuring cups...I like to cook.
15 adults stayed here to attend a wedding. The refrigerator in the kitchen was broken although there was an additional one in the laundry room. We had trouble getting hot water in the upstairs bathrooms and one upstairs bathroom had very low water pressure. One upstairs bedroom’s fan and light were broken so only light was 1 bedside lamp. I didn’t realize from pics Swan room has no bathroom or closet. One bed had stained sheets but it was too late at night to call owner about that and we found wet towels in washer so evidently there is a housekeeping problem. Hope owner puts a little more work into this property as the setting is great.
We really enjoyed our stay at this ranch with an accommodating host. There's enough space inside and out for members of our family of all ages to electric slide or read at the firepit. It feels like you're in a remote area, but stores are just a mile away. We'll be booking again in Dec.

First, Alma was wonderful! Very responsive and friendly. Thank you for being a good host.
Second, I can now echo the comments given by another person who stayed at this home. It has so much potential. Comfortably slept all 14 of us. Beautiful property and some nice things about the house.
BUT there are some things you probably shouldn’t advertise until you fix them. The pool water is very cloudy. The hot tub didn’t even have water in it, was filled with mold, and stunk. Since it said we could use it, my crew cleaned it and added water to it. But it still needs to have a chlorine treatment run through the jets.
Other observations: the tub upstairs at the far end probably needs to be replaced with a walk in shower. It didn’t drain well at all, water from the shower went beyond the curtain, and it was very slick. Also there were only a few towels provided. We had to purchase some at Walmart. Another issue we had was there needs to be more than one large garbage receptacle outside. The one that is there didn’t hold all of our garbage. And sadly last night something like a raccoon got into the outside trash can. The animal was able to knock over the can and open the bags. You might consider purchasing a varmint proof garbage receptacle.
Like I said, this property has so much potential. Really would love to stay here again as we come to the Woodlands often. Just hope some renovations are in the horizon.
I wanted a “staycation” to spend time with my adult children and this home was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and a nice, big kitchen with 2 refrigerators. The home is absolutely beautiful and Ms. Alma is very sweet and accommodated a late check out so we could take our time on a lazy Sunday.
I wish there could have been more seating in the living room and more light on the property by the swimming pool but, all in all, we had a fantastic, memorable time and I would love to make this home a summer “staycation” tradition.
This property has potential. The layout and space of the home is wonderful. It is very open and very comfortable for a large family and small party. I wanted to love this home but there are several issues going on that need to be fixed. There was some outside damage to the propery from a recent storm that was still pending repairs... Broken pool railings and just general debris from the storm that was still laying around. There is something going on with the water in this home... We had water coming up through the floor in the kitchen and in the front downstairs bedroom closet. The dishwasher had a mind of its own and would sometimes run and sometimes not. The dryer was the same way. The pool was nice the first day but quickly turned murky and smelly by our last day there. I will say that the owner was very nice and very attentative and I do know they just purchased this place with in the last year... So I am sure they are still trying to work out the kinks and repairs. Just walking into the inside of the home its nice and clean and spacious. I feel like this home has great potential once all the kinks are worked out and repaired.
We checked into the property easily. The property that was as listed with one exception, the pool was green. I sent the owner a message but never got an answer as to whether it was safe to swim in. We were enjoying the house until the 2nd night when there was a terrible storm that knocked out power and 2 big trees went down in the driveway and in the pool. We had to leave because there was no power, insanely hot, I had elderly parents, and we had my niece's wedding the next day that we would not have been able to get ready for properly. There was also a hole in the driveway that really needed to be fixed, due to the trees being down, that part of the driveway was used and my car had to be towed out of the hole.
The house is nice, it is clean and quiet. It has a lot of space and is a great place for families. There needs to be upkeep on the driveway and pool but otherwise, it is a great place.
