Paris Stay

This property was efficient for my husband’s and my stay. We stayed in August so it was definitely hot with no air conditioning. We were thankful to have 2 fans in this Vrbo. The bathroom is very small. And the downstairs couch smelled of dirty body order. The lower level does smell like a damp basement which was not very inviting. The loft area was the best part as it was more spacious and had a cleaner feeling. One of the windows couldn’t be covered and I could see the neighbors adjacent from us. Overall.I would not stay here again.

Good value

Very small duplex, perfect for 2-3 people with minimal luggage. Nice and quiet due to courtyard location away from main road. Comfortable temperature, good amenities. The stairs to mezzanine sleeping area are quiet steep, may not work for very young children or anyone with mobility concerns. Well located with easy access to local shops, restaurants and metro.

Great location

Host was responsive and polite. Comfortable apartment. Great location. Some small things need attention: bed needs rebolting at bottom, couch needs a thorough vacuum (hair all over it). But I’d definitely stay there again. Very good deal for 18 adrssmnt.

Great location. Everything you need but small.

Amazing location. So easy to get to everywhere via walking or metro and a cool area with some great patisseries, cafes, bars. It had everything we needed for family of 5 (with 2 adult children, 21 & 19 and 15 year old). The apartment itself is tiny with very little room to move especially in the kitchen/bathroom but the access to the courtyard was wonderful. We enjoyed wine and cheese in the courtyard each evening or enjoyed croissants for breakfast in the morning. The negatives were that the mattresses were thin and not very comfortable and also the stairs have a metal bar across it. Myself and my two sons all hit our head on it. We are 174-178cm high. To get up the stairs you really need to duck or go on hands to avoid hitting head. Going downstairs you need to do the limbo. Communication with Maikel (host) was excellent. We had a wonderful time. I don’t think it would suit anyone who is really tall (6ft) or very large build due to the minimal space and stairwell.

REALLY Small for 4 People

The location is convenient. The owner was responsive and kind via mesages. However, The kitchnette and bathroom are tiny, very hard to use. Even compared to Paris, we were expecting something not this tight. There is mold on the door frame leading to the bathroom. The sheets, pillows and primary bed mattress are not comfortable, that can be easily fixed. This is a huge expense for our family and we felt bad spending a significant amount of money on this place. Hopefully they will use this feedback to improve.

Tolle Lage

Wir haben im April 4 Tage mit mit der Familie (zwei Erwachsene, drei Jugendliche) in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die sich leicht verbessern lassen, gibt es aber doch zu erwähnen. Zunächst die Pluspunkte: Sehr zentrale Lage, nettes Stadtviertel, ruhige Lage der Ferienwohnung in einem Innenhof, problemloser Check-In. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr geschickt aufgeteilt. Auf den Fotos sieht man allerdings kaum, dass die beiden Schlafräume oben nicht durch eine Tür getrennt sind. Minuspunkte: Es gab teilweise nicht genügend Geschirr fürs 5 Personen (nur 4 Kaffeebecher, drei davon mit "Macken", nur drei größere Gläser). Auf den Fotos sind an allen Fenstern der Schlafräume Vorhänge zu sehen; tatsächlich gab es jedoch nur an einem Fenster Vorhänge. Bei unserer Ankunft befanden sich Müllbeutel und Sperrgut vor der Wohnungstür; nachdem wir diese zu den Mülltonnen gebracht hatten, wurden diese (von einem Hausbewohner?) wieder vor die Wohnungstür gestellt. Schließlich: Am zweiten Abend ist bei dem Doppelbett das Lattenrost aus dem Bettrahmen gebrochen. Der Vermieter versprach, sich darum zu kümmern, allerdings erst nach unserer Abreise. (Wir haben allerdings auch nicht auf eine schnellere Reparatur bestanden, da wir eine Notlösung gefunden hatten). Ferienwohnung, aber die genannten Kleinigkeiten trüben ein wenig den Gesamteindruck.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer belebten Gegend mit vielen netten Lokalen. Das Bad und die Küche sind sehr sehr klein, im Erdgeschoss riecht es muffig.

Apartamento muy pequeño

Apartamento muy bien comunicado pero muy pequeño para 4 personas. Si abres el sofá del comedor no puedes ir a la cocina o al baño. En medio de la escalera que sube hay una viga (pintada de naranja). Hay que ir con cuidado para no darte en la cabeza, sobretodo si vas con niños. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión, en todo momento ha estado atento a nuestras necesidades.

The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom is very tiny, but it was ok for two people. It was great to relax in the apartment in the evenings as it was very quiet. Paris is very easy to get around, so we spent almost all day walking around, taking the metro and enjoying the city. The host gave very good directions on how to get into the apartment and made it very easy for us to check in and out. We will likely come back.

Gute Gegend! Alles ist relativ nah

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich eng, aber der Platz ist ausreichend, da nur zum schlafen genutzt wird. Wir waren 5. Davon nur ein einziges Paar für das große Bett, also es ist richtig, dass maximal 6 Personen rein passen, aber eher nur 3 Päckchen Wir waren 1xPärchen + 3xErwachsenen getrennt. Das einzige Problem war die verfügbare Menge an heissen Wasser. Es reicht für max. 3 Personen pro Mal zum duschen, danach ist das Wasser kalt. Sonst war alles in Ordnung. Wir haben kein Luxus erwartet. Es war sauber und verfügte über ausreichendem Geschirr. Für uns war die Lage das entscheidende. Wenn ich mal wieder da bin, werde ich sicher das gleiche buchen wollen.

Pratique

Ce logement possède une super situation: en retrait de la rue, donc calme malgré l'activité quotidienne. De cet emplacement, on a accès à pied assez rapidement (15-20 min), au coeur de Paris. Nous étions 6, 2 adultes - 4 enfants, ça a été: la table est un peu petite. C'est un logement fait pour être efficace: pas de superflu. C'est ce que nous cherchions. Et le contact avec l'agence qui gère l'appartement a été satisfaisant: réponse à nos appels, qualité des réponses, prise en charge de nos remarques. Merci

Toulousains en formation sur Paris

Séjour parisien dans le cadre d’une formation professionnelle de 3 jours. Nous étions 2. Location très bien située en plein cœur de Paris. Rien à redire, tout était parfait.
