This home has a wonderful location but sadly was in extreme disrepair and had rodents in the house. I attempted to solve with the host but only a 50 refund was offered on a very expensive stay.

What makes this property unique
My land used to be owned by the University of Notre Dame until the 1880's when Fr. Sorin needed money badly for the university and he personally drew up the lots he was willing to sell. The road between the lots on each side became the legendary "Notre Dame Avenue", which leads straight to the Golden Dome. My house was built in 1888 and is one of the very few original homes left.
