Cute and comfortable house!

Worked out perfectly for me and my daughters. So glad I found it! Beds were comfortable and got a good nights rest. I definitely recommend.

Graduation weekend at Mizzou

Perfect stay for a memorable graduation weekend. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for our family’s stay. Jessica was very responsive! Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Columbia, MO area.

Quiet residence

Quiet residential home well-positioned between Columbia and the Katy Trail. Nice dining space for meals or board games.

The property was convenient to the area. There was enough amenities to make this stay comfortable. The mattresses were hard. The host was responsive. When we needed extra paper towels, the host brought them over the same day.

Family friendly beautiful little home

We loved this! The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The house was well kept up to date. The kid room with the single bed was perfect size for our son. The deck and backyard could use a little TLC, but it was still great to have access to a good outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Home

The house was very clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a few more items available in the kitchen like a sheet pan or pizza pan. Really our only concern was that we did not get any check in information until an hour before our arrival. We kept getting automated messages from VRBO saying we would get check in info three days before our arrival. Our host was very responsive to our questions and said she doesn't give check in info until right before arrival. Just a different policy than we've ever experienced with VRBO but it worked out fine.

Weekend Family Trip

Jessica was very nice and communicated everything with us for arrival. She even made sure a light was on for us since we were arriving later that evening. The house was very clean! The neighborhood was very quiet. Thanks for making our weekend stay a great one!

Excellent customer service

This property was perfect for our short visit to Columbia,MO. The owner was very cooperative with a last minute changes to our itinerary and made accommodations for us which was very much appreciated. Very clean and neat! Thank you.

Swim Meet Weekend

My friend and I brought our two families' children here to stay for the weekend so we could attend a swim meet. The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice for sleeping. When we initially arrived the host had left us some extra "goodies" on the dining room table and there was nice music playing in the background. The house was set at a nice temperature and the decor was also very lovely. Owner was responsive to messages during our stay.

Comfortable little home

This was a comfortable little home to stay in. The owner communicated well about the check in/check out process. We think there may have been someone staying in the basement, which was locked, during our trip (possibly the owner, it was unclear). We could smell what was happening downstairs through the vents. If that were the case, it would have been helpful to know prior to booking that someone else would be in the residence.

Nice property

This VRBO was a reasonably priced, clean & well taken care of home but I would however, like to offer a small bit of constructive criticism. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked and the bathroom could have had more supplies, i.e. toilet paper. We were Katy Trail Riders and it would have been nice to have access to one of the garages to store our bikes. I just assumed the storage was available so I should have clarified that beforehand. All in all, it was a good experience. Thank you, Steve
