Room rental in beautiful new home in a gated community with easy access to 288 and 610. Great for travel nurses and other traveling professionals. It features hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of natural light. The home is only minutes from the Texas Medical Center, Hobby Airport, Downtown Houston, Midtown, Hermann Park, and Wildcat Golf Club. You will occupy the first-floor bedroom and you'll have a shared bathroom directly across the hall. The second floor has all the shared amenities including the living room, dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), half bathroom, and washer and dryer. It is a smart home with keyless entry into the home and a smart lock has been added to the bedroom for extra privacy and security. You will have direct access to your room from the garage entrance, backdoor, or you can enter through the main entrance. Your room comes with a queen size bed, closet, 55 inch Samsung Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Echo Dot (4th Gen), central AC/heat, iron & full sized ironing board, and hairdryer. Professional housekeeping service is provided monthly.
