Great Location

This bottom floor apartment was situated in a great neighborhood that is currently being re-gentrified. The apartment is an older building and had someone staying above us that was up all hours of the night. You can hear them walking around and my 89-year old mother wasn't comfortable being woken up. The communication was excellent by the Property Manager. Overall, this place is situated in perfect part of Palo Alto because my daughter works for a business one block away.

Mid Week Stay

This was a great location- close to Stanford Hospital. The apartment was very clean and well kept. There are TV's in each bedroom, but only one would connect to the internet. There are no free channels, but you can log into your own Netflix and Amazon accounts. We were only able to use one of the TV's given one would not log into the apartment internet. There is a coffee maker, but you need to bring your own coffee. Overall did the job while a family member had surgery.

The property was ok. Recommend property for a couple of days. Top neighbors are noisy and parking is tight. Tv was broken they immediately came and replaced it. Good communication with property manager. Walking distance from some ok restaurants.

Meeting in person

This is a very easy property to find, stay in, and enjoy the surroundings. After two years of zoom meetings three of us met for the first time in person. We were able to enjoy a wonderful reflex foot and back massage at Happy feet (3731 El Camino) it was a fantastic way to spend a rainy afternoon after traveling for hours. Stanford is close by and walking in the neighborhood was safe. Palo Alto Sol was an excellent Mexican restaurant on California Ave, along with many others. This rental was a comfortable space to focus on publishing our cozy mystery series.
