Guests are conveniently provided two complimentary parking spaces. Oceans Edge is ideally located on 9th street directly on the boardwalk! Guests may walk the board walk or take the tram (based on weather and ridership in-season). Within a short walk, guests can get to the world famous Thrasher's French Fries, Candy Kitchen or Jolly Roger's Rides, or the famous boardwalk sign among many others shops, restaurants and attractions! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

The views were great then warm weather help us enjoy the patio over looking the boardwalk and the ocean. If mom is up to it she would love to visit again.

Girl's Trip

Every year we take a short vacation with NO men. We had a great time! Location is the best! Being on the boardwalk, you really don't need to drive anywhere. The views are breath taking! Perfect bed arrangement for us. Would definitely stay here again!

You can’t get closer than Ocean’s Edge

Right off the Boardwalk, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops, short driving distance to Assateague, Berlin, arcades, mini-golf, sunrises that are close to paradise. Perfect off season vacation with our son and his girlfriend. Plenty to do rain or shine for all of us. Our condo was well suited for us and all the amenities that we needed. Private gated parking is a plus! This one is all about location, location, location…a front row to the beach.

Property is definitely for rentals only judging by mismatched furniture and throw pillows that have seen better days. The floors were very dirty. Main shower not working properly. Patio chairs rusting out. The location is great and we did have a good time

Fantastic Vacation!

Our Condo was perfect. It was beautiful & spacious, the views were amazing. We were able to get some great pictures from the balcony of the sunrise at various times. All the essentials were supplied. Ease of access to the gated parking, elevator & access to our condo. We had a few questions after arriving & the response was quick & helpful. So close to everything, boardwalk, beach & restaurants. We plan on coming back for another vacation. Thank you for providing this great place to enhance our vacation!

Owners make all the difference

We have stayed at other units in this building and this was by far the worst experience. Neither screen door worked, the lights in the laundry room didn’t work. The floor was never cleaned,our feet and socks were black on the first night there. The beds were covered in sand so obvious not cleaned. Be sure to take wash clothes, trash bags and cleaning supplies. The door to the master was

Absolutely Everything You Could Want

Everything was comfortable and attractive, questions were answered promptly, the view was stunning and the location easy to get to. The parking was excellent, inside a gated parking lot. If I could suggest anything, it would be nice to have a dolly to bring luggage upstairs and downstairs. We were three senior citizens, but families who have plenty of hands definitely would not miss that tool. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Fantastic Stay with a view

Our recent stay at this place was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning view that greeted us. The property is just a short walk away from the beach, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering excellent value for the price. We particularly enjoyed spending mornings on the balcony, soaking in the panoramic vista of the ocean. While we encountered a minor issue with the dryer not working, the hosts were quick to respond and offered to send someone over to fix it. Their prompt communication and willingness to address the problem ensured that it didn't inconvenience our stay. Another small issue we noticed was that some of the outlets in the master bedroom were a bit loose, but it didn't significantly impact our experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a retreat with a beautiful view.

Perfect location for off season

For the most part the overall stay was superb -location and view are prime - the comfort of the beds though had all of our backs out of whack - mattress toppers or some better mattresses would go a long way- not sure any of us could have lasted longer than the 2 nights we stayed with uncomfortable beds - communication with the property managers was prompt, friendly and helpful - would have been very helpful if there were extra blankets for the beds - none of us went out in the beach yet had sand on bottom of our feet from walking around inside the place - I suspect that this is from the not great looking bath rugs that collect sand and dirt ( have had these same types of rugs in other places we’ve stayed- they’re terrible) - fitted sheet on one of the beds would not stay on - if issue with the uncomfortable beds was upgraded we would stay here again

I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
