Stay for Tech Graduation

Great space to rent close to Texas Tech campus for all graduation ceremony needs and close to other rental properties for additional family members to stay close by. Beds were a little firm for our liking, but suites us well. Pet friendly, despite deciding not to take our dogs with us this short trip.

TTU Home Game Visit

Our family visited the weekend of Thanksgiving to see our freshman red raider and attend the Tech home football game. This location was close to campus and very quiet. Not close enough for us to walk to campus (40ish minute walk), but definitely a short drive (6 minutes). We were looking for a rental that was pet friendly and had sleeping arrangements for 5 adults and this was perfect! The host responded promptly, the house was clean and had all the basic necessities for our two night stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Cute bungalow super close to Tech

Location could not have been better in getting to campus. Parks nearby too. The property is a cozy bungalow. Owner has done a great job taking an older house and making it comfortable and cute. Enjoyed the large backyard.

Great location and plenty of space!

Spacious house that is clean and centrally located for visiting our kid at Tech. Basically within 10 min of every place we needed to go. We felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Visiting our Freshman

Three generations stayed in the house. It was conveniently located to our granddaughter’s dorm and Tech campus. We were a bit worried about the one bathroom but we never had any issues!! Beds were great - loved the two kings!!

Great little house.

The property description was spot on. The yard was nice for the dogs and it was very easy to communicate with the property owner. We loved all the themed rooms. The house was very spacious for all of us to move around. I would definitely stay again.

Tech Move in

We rented this house when moved our son in for school. There were five of us and we all slept comfortably. The back patio was nice to sit out on and enjoy our morning coffee. It was very cute and tidy and just perfect. Also, so close to campus! Our host, Taylor, was so great and responsive. I would stay here again!

2 "Guns Up"

Though our stay was only one night we enjoyed the comforts of home. This property will definitely be on our favorite list. The property was accurately listed and had more than enough room for 4 guests. Communication with the host was easy as was check up. This place gets 2 Guns Up!!!

Our family was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas! We are all Texas Tech alumni and we are also die-hard fans! Our parents bought us this property to live in when we were going to Texas Tech 10+ years ago! We love this house and it is very special to our family! We recently did some updates throughout the house and we are so proud and excited to share it with everyone!

What makes this property unique

The decor is one of a kind here! We tried to tie in "everything Lubbock" in this property! There is a cotton room, a buddy holly room and a Texas Tech room! And then throughout the house we just went as "Lubbock" as we could! We love this city and we love to share it with other people!
