The house was surprisingly large, very welcoming, and was a comfortable stay! The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the host was incredibly responsive! Bonus: the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable.
A beautiful spacious home with everything you need after a long day of hiking and exploring Wonderful attentive hostAlpine is such a unique town and this home is home
We had plenty of room for us and our children (2 under 2). We brought our own pack and play. We were able to cook, and when we were too tired after hiking, it was conveniently located super close to some great places. It was air conditioned, and comfortable ( although after hiking up a mountain with a child on my back, I probably could have slept on a rock ) but no really it was very comfy.

Good location close to downtown. House had spacious living area.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Bright Moon house. The house had everything we needed for a family of 4. It was very conducive to children and pets. It was within walking distance of the main square of Alpine and centrally located to nearby destinations like Marta, Big Bend National Park, Fort Davis, Terlingua, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this house to families visiting Big Bend who want a comfortable home with all the amenities you need in a perfect location.
Tony was incredibly helpful, flexible, and friendly host. He helped us a lot when we had issues with our reservation dates. The house is very cute and in a wonderful and extremely walkable neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Houston.
It's very well supplied with all you need. Very large modernized rooms. Nice mid-century mod furniture. Pet friendly. Perfectly located for ArtWalk. We will return.
April was a wonderful host! The welcome link was so helpful in planning our big bend trip! She was very responsive and so easy to work with! The property was clean and well kept! Would definitely stay again.
Other than the unreliable WiFi, the house was perfect for my wife and me--plenty of room, clean, comfortable bed, good location.

This was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Everything was in good shape, the kitchen was well-supplied. We had two dogs with us and there were dog bowls and some treats provided. There was also a large, fenced yard. We could not have found a place better suited to our needs!
We only stayed one night on our way back to East Texas from Big Bend Nat’l Park. Property is located in town and conveniently located to restaurants and stores. We took dog to park for walks because so many sticky burrs but we had been warned about this by property manager. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. Enjoyed the pecan flavored coffee provided.
