Best of the Beach! This condo is situated perfectly, just between the Intercoastal waterways (did we mention fishing?) and the gorgeous white sand beaches of Treasure Island. You will be thrilled by proximity to the beach and a very large/spacious 1 bedroom condo that offers so much. Perfect for couples or families, this condo has multiple sleeping options and is sure to please! Take advantage of the kitchen and downstairs grill, or go out to one of many convenient restaurants/bars in the area!

I live in nearby St Pete Beach, and my Real Estate Office is located next to Publix in St Pete Beach. I am frequently available in person if guests need something addressed and am available by phone or text very easily.
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 21 or older.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
