Find your home away from home at this cute two bedroom bungalow on "The Hill" near downtown St. Louis. Enjoy authentic Italian food, cute boutiques and of course delicious baked treats. Take a quick walk to grab coffee at Park Avenue or jump on the highway and visit the City Museum, Arch or other fantastic St Louis attractions within minutes. We have everything you need to stay comfortably on your trip and know you will experience all the love we have poured into this newly renovated bungalow. Our home sits on the corner and there is free street parking directly in front of the house. There is also a parking pad in the back of the house that is accessible via the alley which can fit one car and is available for you to use during your stay. Please be aware that our home is on a corner lot next to a busy street so you will hear typical street noise during your stay. We have built a wrap around fence to block as much of the noise as we can. The side yard is a perfect place for your fur baby to spend time while you are visiting. We have a $50 pet fee to accommodate your pets while you are visiting. We can't wait for you to enjoy all of the amazing things we love about The Hill.

We loved the house! Perfect for my tweens and husband...great location. Minutes from attractions. Easy communication with the owner and it had all that we need.
My husband and I spent the week in St Louis at The Hill without our kids, as a time to relax. We loved our stay and the house was as adorable as in the pictures. The host was super fast to respond and so friendly and helpful with great food suggestions. Definitely made our week more special to have such a warm house to come back to. Will definitely visit again!
My Bulldogs and I really enjoyed the house. Everything is just great. Awesome remodel job on this darling house. There is traffic and noise, but eventually, it becomes white noise. House was great, host was amazing. 5 star
My boyfriend and I loved our stay this past weekend. While the weather kept us from walking around more, the house is in the Hill Neighborhood and conveniently located by Tower Grove Park and Forest Park. There a tons of places to eat, parking is free and right outside the property, and the house is well maintained, clean, and spacious for two. We plan on returning and reserving this same spot! I definitely recommend!
We were a little concerned about the reviews that said the street was noisy, but we were not bothered by it. The house was exactly as pictured - clean and completed refinished. Street parking was plentiful, and we were 15-20 minutes from all the main STL attractions. The area near the Hill was super cute - we appreciated the binder with the local recommendations, and we loved the coffee shop nearby. If we return to St. Louis, we would definitely stay here again.
The host was great with communication before, during, after the stay. Very cozy place, worked great for us. Location was great. We were able to walk to one of the great Italian restaurants just a block away. It allowed us to enjoy a few cocktails with no worries. Access to the parking pad in back was tight, but was able to get my mid-sized SUV in. As it turned out there were always plenty of on street spots available too. I’d recommend to anyone who likes a smaller cozy place to stay.
For a house that is 125 years old it’s in great shape! The family an I enjoyed how close EVERYTHING was to this location. It has so much history in the area, and It was really convenient being able to bring our dog with us. The communication with the property manager was amazing as well. The pet fee is NOT listed while trying to book and it states no money back after booking. So in case anyone is looking to book with a pet, there is a pet fee!
Location was convenient to everything we wanted to visit in STL. We were traveling with our two-year-old son and two dogs. Everyone was comfortable. House was clean and good communication from the owner. Would stay again if in the STL area.
Check in was easy and Christina was very quick to reply when one of the televisions wasn’t working. This house was in a perfect location within the city. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Cute decor and loved the fenced yard for our pup! We will definitely stay here again next trip to St. Louis!
My husband and I stayed here with our dog while we visited family in town. The place is put together nicely, with a good use of the space. The bedding and furniture is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with essentials. The description mentions street noise, which was louder than I expected (although it may not bother you if you’re not a light sleeper). Additionally, we really needed heavier/darker shades on the windows to block the street lights (another issue that may not matter to everyone). This particular street looked a little run down, but we didn’t run into any issues, and if you walk about a block further into The Hill, it feels and looks a little better. We did use the parking pad in the back, which was tight, but we were able to fit our SUV back there, and it felt more secure than leaving the car on the street.
The house was exactly as pictured and clean! Since we live in an apartment at home, our dog LOVED the yard. The parking in the alley was a tight squeeze but we were able to figure out how to get in and out after a couple tries. Loved that the property was so close to the hill as well!
Very clean house on the inside, exactly as shown in the photos. Host was quick to respond to questions.
Don't let the outside fool you as to how the inside is.
Park on street in front of house. The parking pad in back will only fit a compact car, very tight alley to try to pull into the parking pad in back.
There are numerous places to eat within walking distance. Neighborhood was Italian back in the day.
Fenced in side yard in case you have dogs.
Would stay here again.
The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Pet friendly with a small fenced yard was a plus for us. Neighborhood felt safe and was within walking distance to great restaurants. Close to grocery store and easy driving distance to other great sights to see. This was our second time staying in the property.
