Newly updated eat in kitchen, baths and flooring. The home offers central a/c, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Fenced in rear private patio with gas grill and enclosed outside shower.

Nearby restaurants include the Lighthouse Cafe, the Sand Bar, Good Friends Cafe, the Summer Shanty, Paradise Pizza, O'Shea's Olde Inn, and the "don't miss" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Special Note: Stand up shower only in bathroom. No bath tub.

This house was perfect for our week on the Cape - everything worked well and was in good condition, it was spacious with a nice kitchen and lovely back porch, and had comfortable bedrooms. Best of all it was a very short walk to a private beach, which worked great with a baby. We went to the beach every day but also had time to go to our favorite spots around Dennis (i.e. Woolfie's and Sundae School). We hope to stay at this rental again next summer!
