This small studio apartment is a ground level, private, very clean, in a great neighborhood. Efficiency apartment is located underneath large pier house. Parking spot included. Full bathroom, but small efficiency kitchen does not include kitchen sink or stove. Kitchen does include a full-size refrigerator and microwave oven. Includes Wi-Fi, cable, large television and queen size pullout couch. Perfect for single or couple.

This house is our vacation home. We only rent the small efficiency apartment underneath the house for long term renters.

This house is 3 short blocks from the beach, pier and restaurants. One block from park and tennis courts. Great Location!!!!
