I'm so excited to share that love with you! I hope you'll see all the beauty in this great college town and feel cozy in the house as you make memories.

I fell instantly in love with this property. I pictured myself and others sitting on the front porch soaking in the Texas sun. It screams Texas to me.

This is located perfectly in town. We are 2 miles from campus, 2 miles from the Silos and downtown. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood or take a walk to enjoy the downtown Waco area.
