This spacious LODGE on a private road has 5 KING MASTES WITH THEIR OWN PRIVATE BATH. 22 PEOPLE IN BEDS There is a total of 7 bedrooms and 8 Bathrooms in the lodge. She Boasts a brand-new kitchen with a large island that can seat 22 people, and 2 living rooms. There is plenty of room for everyone. The views are just breathe taking from this home!

THE LODGE at HIGHLANDS is a 2-story home offering 7 Bedrooms total with 5 King Master on-suites, 1 queen sized bedroom and a bunk room. 2 family rooms that sleep a total of 22 guests comfortably in beds.

EVERY ROOM IN THE HOME HAS A 50 OR 60 INCH SMART TV WITH WIFI
Overlook Lodge is close to everything Banner elk has to offer...Snowboarding and Skiing are Available at BEECH MOUNTAIN and SUGAR MOUNTAIN Both are less then 10 minutes away. Grandfather Mountain is the view you wake up to every day. Snowboarding. Skiing. Many houses are very difficult to get into and out of, and have bad parking in the mountains... Our properties allow you to drive up to the front door with luggage, skis, snowboards, groceries. and wheelchairs. nothing like front door service when it's snowing out.

ARE A MUST!! There is one video camera on the parking area outside for security please don’t touch the security camera. it is fully visible as you drive up...

To accommodate most of our guest we have 7 bedrooms, 5 King en-suite’s, 1 Queen, and 1 bunk room. There are beds for 22 people in this large Lodge. WE PROVIDE BEDDING And TOWELS For 22 Guests. If you have a larger group staying at THE LODGE, please bring extra pillows comforters and towels. ALL bathrooms boast large walk-in showers with RAIN-Fall SHOWER HEADS. The kitchen is centrally located on the parking floor with seating for everyone to meet and relax. One of the owners' best friends is wheelchair user so attention to door size and accessibility to the main floor Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and covered areas are thought out... Ski trip 2025

Perfect property for our size group. Plenty of space to hang out and play games, chat, eat, and just have fun. Rooms wer very spacious and loved the idea that most rooms had their own bathroom with shower. Location to the slopes was awesome. Only a 5-10 minute ride.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The house was big enough for all 16 members of my family. The kitchen was enormous, we all enjoyed eating meals together. Every person in the house enjoyed sledding down the very large driveway. We had the best stay!

Cousins’ weekend at Overlook Lodge

Once we got up the driveway (it had snowed and there was ice underneath), we had an amazing weekend. The lodge was really nice and very roomy. The views were spectacular, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed sledding, hiking and seeing all the deer roaming the area. Highly recommend it to anyone with a larger group

This was a great place for our family and a few friends to stay. We did a lot of hiking and there were an unlimited number of trails to choose from within a close proximity to the property. Having multiple bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great for my married children. We enjoyed our stay.

Cabin Life Deluxe

Our large group of 15 people had a great time at The Overlook Lodge! The place was clean, nice and spacious. All bedrooms were large and comfortable, most of them had ensuite bedrooms, which made it all very comfortable and easy. The enormous kitchen island could easily accommodate our entire group for dinners and socializing, and we didn't really feel like we lacked anything. The parking lot fit multiple cars and it was easy to load your groceries and gear indoors after coming home. Communication with our hosts was always efficient and pleasant.Breathtaking views from the bedrooms, easy to park, and to get both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain, and downtown Banner Elk. Extra plus for the super cute family of deers on the property :) I can really recommend this place for large families and groups!

This is our second year staying here & we have loved it both years! Great house for large groups!!! The large kitchen island & multiple king bedroom & lots of bunks make it such an easy space to accommodate our big ole group! The kitchen is very well stocked & you will truly lack for nothing! Highly recommend.
