It's fun for all ages. Entertainment includes premium channels, Smart TV in every room and a 10 ft movie screen with 4K projector, XBox, a large putting green with 3 cups, remote control cars, poker, board games, children's toys, a firepit, children's waterslide, and other outdoor relaxation. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for 12. A 56 sq-ft dog kennel for you pet. Pack and play crib, high chair and Mustang walker for you infant.
Guest access and Security
Full property access. Free parking in carport and on the street. There are 4 exterior cameras. 3 face exterior doors. One motion activated camera with floodlight faces the golf course. Cameras will be on and recording during your stay. Inside the home, there are 4 Alexa Show devices. These do not record. They may be unplugged by the guest during the stay.
Other things to note
Two minutes to the freeway. Less than 30 minutes to Glendale stadium, north Scottsdale, WM Open, and East Mesa. Within 5 miles to downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, Spring Training games in Mesa, golf courses, Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, and the Biltmore. Within 2 miles to airport, Greyhound terminal, 200 dining locations, groceries and shopping. Bus lines are within walking distance. Clean and Comfortable !!!

Jeff and Cynthia provided us with amazing hospitality. There's a lot of activities for all ages. Check in was super easy and it was clean when we arrived. We'll definitely be coming back

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The rules state that there should be no unregistered guest on the property without permission. We went to dinner with a friend who was staying elsewhere. They were not home yet, so he asked if he could join us while he waited. He was not an overnight guest, so we said yes. 15 minutes into his arrival, the owner called saying AI on the security camera picked up an extra person and to rectify the situation. Within 15 minutes, he left. We were notified that the host canceled our stay. He said VRBO agreed and to leave the property. We were sitting around playing cards inside without music or harm. We tried calling to explain, but they sent us to voicemail. To stay in word limit, I have to exclude much detail of us pleading with the owners and them threatening law enforcement to remove us. His argument was that it was for our protection and we allowed a stranger on the property which could cause harm. I hardly think that our harmless misunderstanding warranted eviction late at night in an unfamiliar town & bad neighborhood with nowhere to go. If we had pizza delivered and the delivery guy was waiting ON PRIVATE PROPERTY for a few minutes while we got to the door, the cameras would notify the owners and we would technically be in violation. Clearly that would be unreasonable. The same logic applies here. These people have a complete lack of empathy and it was a money scam. They are waiting for you to break a rule so you can be evicted. Save the trouble and stay in a hotel.

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed the comfortable decor and bedrooms, the kitchen and baths were nice, and we also loved the movie area and popcorn machine. The home was spacious, well-decorated and stocked with amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the airport. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great Stay

We stayed here during the holidays and had a great experience! The host was incredible and even made little snowman sleighs out of s'mores for a little personal touch. The popcorn maker, movie area, and outdoor games were some of our favorites. The house was clean, well kept, and the rooms were great. We enjoyed the space and especially loved the outdoor area which included a dog run for our pug. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for something nice for the family or close to the airport.

You can get anywhere you want to go within 30 minutes. We lived here onsite for months to create an experience for you. We go way beyond the basics. Everything in this home was selected to give you a 5 star experience. All the lights, the thermostat, and the appliances are state of the art and Alexa driven.

Pots and pans, countertop appliances, dishes and flatware for 12, children's dishware for 4. Working dishwasher. Coffee pods, cream and creamer, sweeteners and home grown lemons (in season)are provided. Condiments, ranch dressing, real butter and 22 spices are provided. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in your showers. Extra towels. Samsung smart washer is pre-loaded with detergent and softener. Select your cycle and push the start button.
