The property and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The space itself was welcoming, decorated very tastefully and clean . All the extra touches provided by the owners were practical, thoughtful and appreciated. They thought of everything: including food & water bowls, treats, dog toy and even poop bags! Highly recommend!
My husband and I stayed here with our dog. The accommodations are new and everything is nice. I enjoyed the country location and seeing chickens roaming the property. The rental is supplied with nice things for the guests like snacks and beverages and bathroom supplies you may have forgotten. As someone who is sensitive to synthetic fragrances, I really appreciated unscented liquid soap at one of the sinks. All very thoughtful. There were some seasonings in the kitchen and nice new cookware. The frig had eggs and butter! Other places we've stayed this year had minimal and not very nice cookware, sometimes even broken tools, in their kitchens. This was such a nice surprise with how this was equipped. Our host was out of town while we were there and when we arrived there was an issue. We contacted her by phone message and a text and the issue was taken care of quickly. These are the reasons I took one star off the review: There is a full flight of stairs to the rental. The listing did not mention this, though there was a photo included of the stairs in the listing. I did not notice that when I booked, but realized it later. One morning we were there, there was heavy frost or possibly frozen precipitation on the stairs in the morning. It was very slippery. I'm mentioning this because this could be an issue for some guests. The other thing is that the bedroom in the rental is interior to the 'barn' and it has no window so is not a legal bedroom. It could be a fire trap.
It was a quick stop over on a long roadtrip but we enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were well done and comfortable, with lots of extra nice touches by the owner like snacks, easy check in/out on the tablet, cozy blankets and more. Would definitely stay here again.
This is our second stay at the barndominium and it was just as awesome as the first. The property is serene and beautiful, and the managers couldn’t do a better job of providing absolutely everything you need for an overnight or longer stay. We appreciate them and will be back anytime our travels south or back take us to Klamath Falls. Highly recommend this property.
This property is fantastic and the hosts were super nice and helpful. We stopped here for the night after a Crater Lake visit and heading back to CA. They have a beautiful property that is perfect for walking the dog and seeing the cows, horses, chickens and goats. Great hot tub, BBQ and game area as well. Would definitely stay there again.
Just like I would prepare my place for a friend to stay - but even better!
I don’t write reviews unless I really loved an experience, and I really loved this one. The setting is absolutely beautiful, the space clean and well-provisioned. Quality appliances, super comfortable bed, great location. Easy and responsive communication with the host (Rebecca). I hope to stay here every time I’m in the area. Thank you, Rebecca!
Everything about this little "barndominium" was amazing. The stay was incredibly comfortable and extremely accommodating. There were even fresh eggs from their chickens in the fridge waiting for us! We will definitely be back!
The property is located in a relaxing location with scenic countryside views but close to town. The owners were promptly efficient in responding to our questions. All of the furnishings and amenities were first class; we even got fresh eggs from the property chickens! Although the weather was unseasonably warm, the unit stayed comfortably cool. We’d highly recommend the Barndominium!
This was by far the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The location was beautiful and peaceful and it was more like staying at an upscale resort complete with fresh flowers and slippers. The kitchen is well stocked with new and health conscious items. We appreciated the extra touches of snacks, drinks, and farm fresh eggs. The outdoor area is lovely with a hot tub, cornhole grill, and a picnic table. Coming soon are planters with herbs that you will be able to use in your cooking adventures. I highly recommend staying here. We certainly will.

Adorable property. Beautifully decorated room with modern amenities. Very clean. Will definitely be back!!
We needed a close to town, quiet place to stay for a night that was dog friendly. Willow Tree Ranch was perfect. The space was clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very welcoming to us and our dogs. We would highly recommend this property to all.

This place was the highlight of our entire trip. The Barndominium was downright luxurious. Beautiful furnishings, an amply stocked kitchen, comfy bed, washer and dryer. The attention to detail was so appreciated...., so many beautiful touches and thoughtful amenities. And the ranch itself included horses, cows, goats, chickens....we were even given fresh eggs laid by those chickens! So peaceful. Minutes from the downtown area. Honestly, why stay in a generic motel downtown, when you could stay in this slice of heaven? We look forward to our next visit. 10 stars!!!!!!
This was such a welcoming, well decorated, clean and lovely stay! We had a very comfortable stay here with our dog. Mostly stayed in but we also made it over to Main St which is a little less than a 15 minute drive.
In the morning we went and said hello to the horses and although we didn't eat breakfast there - the hosts left us some fresh eggs from the chicken coop which I thought was so sweet! Would highly recommend :)

wonderfull clean and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival.
The rural life---
We stayed here to travel to Crater Lake. Drive to National Park from here was good. Did not explore the immediate area. The unit was awesome. Clean, new, well decorated and comfortable. There were fresh eggs on the counter that we enjoyed for breakfast. It was lovely to sit on the deck in the evenings to read. Had a short visit with the goats, saw the chickens, and got one horse to come to the fence to be petted.
This is a wonderful property located just outside of Klamath Falls. The surrounding property has beautiful views. Unit C was immaculate and had newer furnishing with a modern farmhouse vibe. Nice kitchen, well stocked. Bathroom was also very clean and had all the necessities you might need as a traveler. It was a wonderful space. The owner is easy to connect with and very easy to work with - highly recommend!
We loved this space. The property and view is beautiful. The floor plan is open, space well utilized and great decor. Super clean, quiet and filled with amenities! Great hosts. We will be booking again!

Property sits on a 100 acre ranch with chickens, goats, cows and horses. Large grass area for our dog to run around. Our daughter loved the indoor basketball and pickle ball court. Hosts were fantastic and very helpful. We will stay here on our next trip to Klamath Falls.
Spacious layout! So clean and tidy. Rebecca provided all we needed. We felt so welcomed and at home. The location is about 30 to 40 min from Lava Beds National Monument and Lower Klamath Refuge. Klamath Falls and surrounding little towns also had welcoming residents. Our red heeler felt right at home and slept so much! Sooo cozy! We were able to leave our dog in her kennel in the barndominium while we visited Lava Beds (no pets allowed at the Park). Rebecca made the whole trip so easy and without worry. Thanks for the farm raised eggs and other treats Rebecca! 10 out of 10!
