Great stay

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath, perfect for the 4 of us, would accommodate 2 more in the living sofa bed. Full kitchen. Conveniently located, just 2 blocks from the Underground station, which is located in the limit of zones 1 and 2, also very close to the bus stop. Not recommended if you have problems with steep narrow stairs, it is in first floor but basement for us with an independent entrance on the side. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

Great location. Close to tube and stores

The condo was amazing. The little courtyard in the back has a gate that leaves to a lovely park. The road noise/sirens can be a bit much as it’s on a main roadway. Bring earplugs and sleep mask and you’re hood to go. Excellent communication with owner. Just wish there was a television. That would have made it absolutely perfect.

Precisely As Advertised

This is an excellent property in a great location in London a mere three minute walk to a tube/train station which then of course affords easy access to all of London, but Uber and similar services are also quite accessible as drivers do not seem to shy away from pickups and drops in this area. Every amenity we needed inside was there and outside noise was not an issue as this is situate in a quite neighborhood. We would have stayed longer but only four days was what we could do because of other commitments and we are grateful to the owner for letting it to us for such a short period during the peak travel season. Cheers!

UNBELIEVABLY BAD

This property was NOT as advertised, we have ask the owner for a partial refund. This is SUB floor apartment (basement), in the UK it is referred to as “Lower Level” not a “terrace apartment”. The entrance was NOT SAFE, wet leaves covered the small steps down to the basement, which were very slippery. The apartment was filthy, trash had not been emptied for quite some time, bathrooms had urine on the floor, etc… There were 4 of us who were staying there - one couple immediately left and went to another location. The other couple could not afford to make a change. There was NO television, the internet barely worked, cell connection in the basement was minimal…. It was a DISASTER - you should CHECK out your listings. I am very disappointed in VRBO as I thought you were a better service than the competition but sadly this is not representative…. I am still requesting my refund and we are happy to send you pictures to validate these claims.

We lived in lots of different houses in many countries in Europe, Asia, America and Africa and travel a lot. We completely renovated our flat in Earls Court exactly the way we liked it, however after living in it for just over a year we decided to move abroad again but it is still our favourite home because it's very functional practical and comfortable, perfectly equiped for frequent travelers.

Why they chose this property

The property is very easy accessible and centrally located, close to tubes, busses and overground, with plenty of choice of shops, bars, restaurants, museums and parks at walking distance and at the same time provides a peaceful space with direct access to the exclusive beautiful Philbeach Gardens.

What makes this property unique

A private patio with direct Access to Philbeach Gardens.
A few minutes walk from Earls Court station.
It's a basement flat which is always cool in the summer and equipped with underfloor heating through out to provide an evenly distributed warmth to a setting of choice.
Modern fully equipped kitchen with build in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer food dispenser, induction/gas combo hub, many universal and USB sockets.
Two modern bathrooms. The main bathroom contains a bath, fog free mirror, washer dryer and plenty of storage.
The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, fog free mirror with shave sockets and build in speakers.
