Full of warmth and alpine character, this two-bedroom cabin is wonderfully situated for a memorable stay at Wallowa Lake. In many ways, it's the perfect location - one block from the Wallowa Lake Tramway, one block from the go-karts, and half a mile from the beach and marina at Wallowa Lake State Park.

Whether you're hoping to get out on the water, hike the Eagle Cap Wilderness, or take in the many charms of downtown Joseph (six miles north), this cabin makes an ideal home base. Cap each day of adventure outside on the front porch or the back patio, where you can admire the surrounding mountains, observe the local wildlife, and breathe in the fresh pine air.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by wood-paneled walls, lofty ceilings, and a magnificent gas fireplace with a two-story stone hearth. It's a cozy and inviting space for sharing meals at the dining table for six and watching DVDs and Netflix favorites each evening. Just around the corner, you'll find a kitchen with every essential and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and hiking clothes nightly.

Additional features include a bedroom on each floor and complimentary WiFi throughout the cabin.

Wallowa rental

Great location near all the fun spots, mini golf, the tram, the beach, the go carts. Great large yard out front. The beds are comfortable, the furniture isn’t very comfortable and the fridge needs service. Turn onto Hall Lane, not Trump Lane to access the property.

Great weekend getaway!

Joseph, OR/Wallowa Lake is one our favorite places to visit & this Vacasa rental was one of our best stays yet. Perfect for my husband & I, but could have easily accommodated another 2-4 people comfortably. We loved the electric fireplace & rustic feel, also the close proximity to the lake. Would definitely recommend this rental as a great place to stay!

Great location

Nice and close to all the fun amenities. The cabin was cute and had everything we needed. The beds in the rooms were comfortable. There is no dishwasher (no trouble for us, but just a heads up to others), and if you're going to use the pull out couch I'd recommend an extra foam pad for the top to give it a little more support and comfort. It was pretty thin, which is to be expected for most hide-a-beds. Overall, a great trip and great location. Would definitely go back.

Four Point Nine Stars

We absolutely loved this house! Gorgeous, great location, super clean! Just two tiny things. First, we arrived late and had a difficult time finding it as the driveway is not on the street address. Second, we came in the fall (so beautiful and quiet) so after peak season. This place has an amazing deck looking out at the mountains, you can hear the river, but no deck furniture. We would’ve happily brought camping chairs had we known. Minus these two tiny things, this place is dreamy.

A Few Upgrades Would Be Nice

1. Stairs are slick. Consider carpet. 2. The cabin had an odd odor. Almost rotten food. 3. Consider AC. Expensive cabin for people to be uncomfortable in. I will not rent again due to the lack of AC. 4. Small upgrades/maintenance would make it appear the owners care and they aren't in it just for money. 5. Shower head is much too short

Love the View

The Blue Pine Lodge is a great home. Very cozy. Very disappointed that for the high maintenance charge there were insufficient products. Very cheap paper products that are not resupplied. No dishwasher, yet the tiniest bottle of liquid dish soap. Didn’t mind doing the dishes, but to be expected to bring our own????? When the fees are so high????
