Gorgeous Southwest-style 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom vacation rental on 9 acres of landscaped grounds, just blocks from Santa Fe’s historic plaza, and only a 30 minute drive to the Santa Fe ski basin!

Walk to the Plaza for a night on the town, or prepare a delicious meal in your very own kitchen and spend the evening toasty and warm by your kiva fireplace. A private balcony affords you views of dreamlike mountainscapes of the New Mexico countryside.
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse offers a king size bed in the master bedroom which includes an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower and his and her sinks. Bedroom #2 also offers a king size bed with balcony access . Bedroom #1 includes two twin beds also with balcony access. Spacious open living and dining room floor plan includes a fully stocked kitchen and a half bath off the living room. The grounds offer a pool and hot tub for your enjoyment as well.
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, including access to all common areas on the grounds.

This townhome is located in the famous Fort Marcy Compound. FMC is 9 acres of manicured grounds with breath taking views located on the hill above downtown Santa Fe, only blocks from the plaza, and 30 minutes from the Santa Fe Ski basin. Fort Marcy Park and playground just a short walk down the street.

Laundry facility is available on the grounds but not in the home itself.

Wonderful Santa Fe VRBO!

Our recent week’s stay at Casa de Aguila was awesome! We were able to walk to downtown Santa Fe easily and everything about our accommodations were wonderful! Our host, Steve, was communicative & helpful, the condo was quite roomy & very comfortable and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Santa Fe treasure

This was a lovely place that was well appointed and very comfortable. Very close to the plaza and a very nice property. Would recommend it to anybody who would like to stay with a few other people. I was with two of my friends we were able to enjoy a bedroom and comfortable bathrooms.

Wonderful location’

There are limited options to stay right in the heart of Santa Fe if you don’t want a hotel! Be aware there is some street noise to put up with, but location is worth it!

Great location, comfortable stay

We stayed for a week over Christmas -- me, husband, two twenty-something children. The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit was the perfect size for our needs. Everyone had privacy but we also had a cozy, comfortable living area in which to reconnect and unwind. The location is great -- walking distance to the Plaza but not beset by tourists. I really liked the way the unit was decorated -- it gave me a real taste of the Southwest!! The view from the living area is beautiful.

We loved the Santa Fe decor especially the kiva fireplace. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare a meal. The location couldn’t have been better and the host was very responsive.

Comfortable Santa Fe Style

This was a very nice place and very well cared for. The kitchen was fully equipped and the host was super responsive when we needed help. If the pool and hot tub are important to you, I suggest that you confirm they are open as they were not the one-time we checked during our stay. Really enjoyed sitting on the private balcony which faces a wooded undeveloped space in the center of the complex. We had a dinner out there and an evening. Such a close walk to Cross of the Martyrs for sunset views. And a nice walk to the historic plaza and Georgia O'Keefe Museum.

The property was perfect for our needs. Close to downtown and our meetings. Enough space for 3 adults to each have their own room. The lounge and dining area were great to sit and meet/talk. The check in process was easy. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

You HAVE to stay here if you are going to Santa Fe

I cannot say enough about Steve and his condo. They are BOTH amazing. Let's start with the condo- it is 5 minutes from everything you want to do in Santa Fe. It is 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms so everyone could get ready in a hurry. It is also decorated exactly like you would want a place in Santa Fe to be with amazing bright colors and artwork all around. Not to mention the terrific porch where we read books every morning in the nice 60 degree weather seeing wildlife and NO mosquitos. And Steve is probably the easiest and knowledgeable host we have ever dealt with. I sent him messages and texts the whole week and not once did he make me seem like a bother. (which I must have been!) He even told us where to go see the 4th of July fireworks and the view was breathtaking. The next time we come to Santa Fe, there is 100% chance that we will be staying here again. As a matter of fact, we will stay here every single time we come back to Santa Fe. I would give this place 11 stars if I could. So, do yourself a favor and stay at this place. I promise you will not be sorry!

We enjoyed this clean and well equipped property for our 3-night stay. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. The location was close to the city's cultural action, and yet visited by wildlife of the four-legged variety. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect accommodations for our yearly girls trip.

Plenty of room for all of us. Although we didn't use the pool or jacuzzi, we did go down to look at it and it looked super inviting! The parking is very close to the unit which makes getting all your luggage in very easy. The views from the patios are gorgeous and the sunsets were breathtaking.

My name is Steve and I live locally in Santa Fe with my wife and son. We are hiking, skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts, as well as anything else outdoors. My wife is from Santa Fe, and I am from Southern California.

My wife I have always wanted to open an short term rental for folks coming into town because we love Santa Fe, and want people to experience it in the best way possible. Whatever we can do to help contribute to someone having a great experience, we are here to help make it happen!
