Great Experience !

This Home was extremely spacious, allowing ample opportunities for our group of 6. For example, the open kitchen layout led perfectly to the screened in deck to enjoy our morning coffee.Each of the bedrooms were all a good size. The 4 bathrooms with showers also easily allowed us to get ready without having to queue up.The walking trail literally right next door was a nice added bonus.The Home is located in a quiet residential area, with food stores and restaurants close by.I would definitely stay here again in the future, as it was a 5 Star experience !.

Great stay

The house was spacious, clean and in a great area. A walking trail was right next to the house. This house is also close to the highway. I would definitely recommend this house to some looking for a large space for family.

Comfortable and Pleasant Home Away from Home

We enjoyed our stay! Home was expansive, comfortable, and pleasant. Hosts are responsive, and appreciative of the good care we took of their home. The walking path was lovely! We wish only that we could have stayed longer.

Great Place

This place is great. The location is great and has tons of food options close by. The walking path runs next to the house and was able to take a morning run that runs along a lake. The place is massive with plenty of room for people to spread out to work or watch TV. Will definitely be returning here next trip to Cary!!

Location, location, location

Our family was in town for a wedding. The proximity to/from the airport as well as the wedding venue was perfect. House was showing some upkeep/wear and tear issues from multiple renters but overall great house for the price.

Family weekend

Spacious!

Gathered for a family wedding, this house turned out to be an ideal spot for us all to spend time together while still having the room to spread out. Every room was clean and had all you needed for your stay. Above all, the property owner was hands down the most responsive owner we have ever dealt with. We all agreed we would stay at this property again without hesitation.

Large house near Raleigh

Lots of bedrooms and space for everyone and located adjacent to a jogging / walking trail. Wine opener was broken but received a new one the next day. Convenient location in a nice neighborhood.

UNC Trip

Group of friends stayed here for the weekend to see the football game. We had a great time and the house was more than large enough to fit 6 adults very comfortably! Everything worked and it was super clean. House is located close to anything you would need just like staying at your own home. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a home away from home!!!

Perfect location

I stayed with my bridal party the night before my wedding and this was the perfect property! The location spacious rooms and cleanliness were top notch. We had such a great time and our host provided great communication and met all expectations. I have no complaints I’d recommend all large groups to book here

High School friends yearly reunion.

Plenty of space, large kitchen, clean bedrooms. Most of the time spent watching week one of the NFL season and the Tvs were more than adequate to fill our needs. The walking path was great to walk off all the food we ate.

Great house in a great neighborhood

This beautiful and spacious home nestled is gorgeous neighborhood. The home was in close proximity to a ton of restaurants and shopping and a short drive to UNC chapel hill or Duke university. The house was very clean and had a ton of space. 6 spacious bedrooms as promised. Just 3 TVs in this huge house and only the master room is equipped with a TV. All other bedrooms just bed, closet space and desks. The theater room was a neat set up but could not get the projector or screen working to actually use it. Beds were comfortable. A/C was amazing as we kept the house at a cool 62 degrees while it was over 90 outside. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home

The home was exactly as described. It was big and gorgeous. Plenty of room for my family. The patio got the most use out of our stay. We did have to buy duct tape for the screens as insects kept getting in. Property manager answered every call to address some small issues. She said she would send someone but no one showed up. Such as slow draining tub in basement and no light in master bedroom toilet room. I didn't bother to keep calling as we made due. The overall experience outweighed those concerns. Everyone had a wonderful time and we would definitely DEFINITELY stay again.

Super Spatious, Lovely House

There were 7 adults attending a conference in Chapel Hill (17 min drive away) and we each had our own room, plus a large kitchen and tons of living space, all for the price of one hotel room in CH! We played games and made cookies in the evenings and had a blast! We would definitely come back here!

Golf trip

Booked this for a weekend getaway as it was central to the courses the group was playing. The house was absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated. It was very clean and obviously well cared for. The screened in room so peaceful, it was a great place to both start and end the day. Would absolutely book this again when in the area! Thank you!

Perfect Wedding Weekend Respite

Our extended family recently stayed at Home Away from Home for my neice's wedding weekend, and it was the perfect selection for a peaceful, family-filled retreat as we prepared for and experienced the special day. Great location, lovely walks, large kitchen for cooking, many sleeping areas, and an in-home theater made our time away truly special. I highly recommend this property and owner.

Huge house

It was a great stay with plenty of space for family. Most of the things we needed were there which was good. Some chairs need to be replaced but overall our stay was great. The host was very accommodating to our family and changes we needed with our reservations or things that need to get fixed. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our family and friends to use when they are visiting the area.

Nice house in a nice area

This house was very spacious and in a great neighborhood. It really worked well for our needs and had plenty of space to be together and places to spread out. The neighborhood quiet. lovely, close to a lot, and has a great walking trail. The host was responsive and helpful. Our overall assessment was that the property was great but the house needs some love in the form of newer/better-maintained furnishings and/or a deep clean.
