Welcome to Peacefield, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! You will instantly feel at home when you walk into this cozy yet spacious condo. Relax and unplug, but still connect when needed. Peacefield is conveniently located within walking distance of all that Fish Creek has to offer yet tucked away for the privacy you crave. Enjoy close proximity to the Top of the Hill Shops, the famous wood-fired pizza at Wild Tomato, and Blue Horse Beach Café, in addition to bike and ski rentals and an entrance to scenic Peninsula State Park. A walk down the hill into the heart of Fish Creek offers stunning views of Green Bay and a wide variety of eateries and an eclectic mixture of shops for all tastes.

This two-story condo with a private entrance comfortably sleeps six with two upstairs bedrooms and a living room sleeper sofa. The first floor features a half bath, and the full upstairs bath boasts a spacious jetted tub. Want to eat in? Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Catch up at the dining room table or relax in front of the large fieldstone gas fireplace while enjoying your favorite shows on the 52-inch smart TV. Step out onto the private 2nd-floor balcony or 1st-floor deck to enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee. Take advantage of the heated pool and hot tub on the property, which is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. The condo has cable TV, central AC, and forced air heating.

*This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared toward quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with the devices.

Kitchen is equipped with full refrigerator w/ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and traditional drip coffee maker.

Also includes pots and pans, mixing bowls, dishes, utensils, grill utensils, wine glasses and baking sheets.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 (main level) includes a half-bath w/sink and toilet only

Bathroom 2 (second floor) includes a full bathroom with shower and jetted tub combo, and a hair dryer

This condo is .5 mile to Downtown Fish Creek and the Peninsula State Park entrance.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
