This beautiful blue house is a perfect getaway destination. Filled with accommodations that will make your vacation a remarkable experience for the whole family. This spacious rental has two kitchens, two living room areas, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an amazing dock on Lake Hamilton. We are located just minutes from Downtown Hot Springs and 4 miles to Oaklawn Racing. Our rentals are family owned and operated, and we strive to provide a unique experience for each and every one of our guests.

Family Christmas

House worked great for our multi generational family Christmas. Downstairs has its own kitchen and seating area separate from the main floor. Check in and out were super easy.

Family vacation

Property was very comfortable. We had several meals that we prepared in the kitchen, and it was easy to find everything we needed. The stairs were a challenge for my 84 year old age, but I considered it good exercise. Our little dogs had the yard to explore, but the presence of the Canadian geese made it necessary to watch where you step.. Overall, we were happy and everyone said we should come to this house again next year.

2024 Eclipse

Beautiful tri level home on waterfront property! Comfortable clean accommodations with plenty of beds, bathrooms, and TVs to accommodate everyone! My favorite areas were the porch on bottom and middle floors along with the boat dock area for fishing and watching full totality of the eclipse!

Hot Springs Getaway

Two grandparents take 3 grandsons on a short spring break trip. The boys really loved having their own space (man-cave they called it). Boys fished right off the dock. Walking distance to Sam’s Pizza and short drive to Pirates Cove putt putt, and movies. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations for Christmas

Met with my husbands family for Christmas. Needed a place to accommodate all of our children and families with space for the rest of the family to have dinner and visit. Excellent layout of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy and Comfort. Owners responded very quickly and the whole in and out experience was seamless

Great Girl's Trip

The property was very satisfactory and in a beautiful setting! We discovered the multiple levels of stairs weren't our friends, but that wasnt the owner's fault. We have just outgrown them. Lol Would stay here again if younger and would definitely recommend as a rental to others.

Best We have stayed at

Property was located close to Hot Springs. Three houses in cul-de-sac all owned by Rachel and Scott. The house we stayed in was well designed to sleep 8 folks with 3 baths and 4 bedrooms. The property was x-tra clean, there was items in cabinets to use, well stocked with towels. It was almost like staying at home. In addition, we got to visit personally with the owners which made our stay even better. We will be going back.
