Great location, parking and amenities

Very clean, cute and has everything you need for a quick getaway and longer stay. Best toilet paper in town, lol but seriously well looked after and cozy for a couple!

So nice

Convenient, clean, good parking. Host was available and had several welcoming touches for her guests. Quiet, clean, nicely equipped kitchen. Great location, walkable to the park, nice neighborhoods. Will stay again!

Great midtown location close to everything

This was a perfect location close to everything you could want to do downtown or midtown. The place was clean and well renovated. There is also gated parking which was important for me.

Nice stay

Everything was good as listed. Gated parking was always full. But plenty of parking on side in grass was available. Cameras om that side also Upstairs neighbor very active at night. Walking distance to a dew good restaurants.

Cozy apartment in Midtown

Overall nice stay in a convenient location in Midtown. Host was very communicative and provided a lot of nice amenities in the apartment. You need to download an app to get in and out of the property, which was an extra step but wasn’t too much of a hassle.

Temp Quarters

Absolutely fabulous stay! The property owner was super accommodating. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a basketful of snacks and coffee as well as a bottle of wine in the kitchen which were much appreciated as I arrived rather late and did not have time to go to the store to stock up. When I pulled out the iron and ironing board to get my clothes ready for work the next day (yes, I do still iron), it had black burn marks on from I assume a prior guest. I contacted her immediately and she provided a new one promptly. She was super responsive with any requests. The property is located in a super convenient area, yet quiet at night. I am a runner who needed to be super close to dirt trails which were almost right next door at Piedmont Park. I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Atlanta for an extended time!

Dine, Shop and Play is within short distances from Quaint and Cozy. The area is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Come see what makes this the place to stay both short and long term.

What makes this property unique

This unit is nestled away in the lower level of a 10 unit building. The building door is keypad secured for your safety. The only one passing by in your hallway is you and one neighbor. Enjoy the quiet from down below.
