Guests are conveniently provided two complimentary reserved gated parking spaces. Belmont Towers is IDEALLY located right between Dorchester and 1st street at the beginning of the boardwalk! Guests may walk the board walk or take the tram (based on weather and ridership in-season). Within a short walk, guests can get to the world famous Thrasher's French Fries, Trimper's or Jolly Roger's Rides, or the famous boardwalk sign among many others shops, restaurants and attractions! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Asked before booking that we could not do bunk beds. was told No BUNK BEDS.

My group of senior girl friends were very upset as on line all of the bedrooms had beds on the floor. I even messaged before booking making sure there were no bunk beds. Once inside the condo, there were bunk beds. We each wanted our own beds, no one in my group could use the bunk beds. Two friends had to share the king bed, which was not the set up we expected.

Playoffs at the Beach

Fantastic weekend at the beach watching football playoffs with the most beautiful woman in the world. Only issue was dead batteries in all the remotes. Quickly rectified by management

Condo has it all

We enjoyed our stay in this condo with everything. Conveniently located, we loved the ocean views near the boardwalk. Restaurants and shops located nearby were a plus. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were spacious, not cramped. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

It was an excellent process from booking to check in, to communication with owners regarding building code changes to access the main building. Very convenient to food and entertainment too. Only thing I would update is the 3rd bedroom showing 2 twin beds instead of bunk beds. Overall a great experience!

Loved the location as we could walk the boardwalk every day during our stay. Beautiful view and having speakers in the rooms and porch were great. Loved that it was furnished with sheets and a starter supply of TP, paper towels, shampoo, dish soap, etc.. as some of the other condos in same building did not.

Great location

Beautiful condo with beautiful view. Location great with the teenagers so close to carnival and H2O! Our floors weren’t clean. They sent a new sweeper and I did it myself. Overall, nice place.

Must have a very bad cleaning crew. There was a of bottle lotion in bed sheets a few things laying around like no one cleaned at all, very disappointed in the cleanliness. Third year staying in condo dirtiest room we ever had.

Great Mid-Week Getaway

We had a wonderful time celebrating my six-year-old granddaughter‘s birthday. The host was extra kind. And had balloons and gifts waiting for us when we got there. This place was definitely cleaner than any play that I have been to and will definitely come back again thank you so much for your hospitality. It was awesome.

This was probably the best we have stayed at in the boardwalk. Everything was well kept and clean. The welcoming sign and little fireplace made it few warm and welcoming. Plenty of cookware. Great location. Will definitely be booking again.

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
