Great Weekend Getaway

The cabin was amazing and had plenty of amenities on site to keep every age group entertained. The management company even had a small Christmas tree set up, making it the perfect setting to celebrate an early Christmas with family.

Awesome Cabin!!

Our overall stay was perfect!! Cabin and location were perfect. We would have liked to have had a tv on the main floor outdoor deck, but other than that everything was GREAT!!

Spectacular

We were so happy with this property. Beds were comfortable, pool, hot tub, sauna were amazing. Theatre room needs aired out probably because it's in the same area as pool and smelled musty.but we did enjoy watching movies together as a family. Not a great view of the mountains but if you are more interested in the amenities this cabin is awesome.

Awesome place to stay. Close to everything. House has everything but limited in cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap). Community pool was nice. Highly recommended for large groups.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay! We had 10 adults and 7 kids and 2 infants with plenty of space. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Location was not far from town or hiking.

Gaitlinburg

There was no gas so we couldn’t use the fireplaces, grill or pool. We notified the rental company upon arrival. They ordered the gas; however it only arrived the afternoon before our departure, 3 days late. We were given a partial refund; however we were not able to enjoy the amenities that we were looking forward to receiving.

Great vacation

The cabin was gorgeous and had everything we needed! I will definitely suggest this to anyone and everyone, we did have a little bit of an issue with the pool alarm first but got it figured out in the end! We will definitely book again in the future.

Great Trip

The house was just like the pictures. Everyone enjoyed all the games, pool, and hot tub. House still has a few issues that need to be addressed since it is brand new. Property managers were responsive when I called.

Great stay

This property was amazing. It still had the new house smell and it was big enough for a family of 15. The kids really enjoyed the pool and theater. It’s in a good spot close to everything. I really enjoyed the master bedroom the big shower was my favorite. Only thing I would complain about is the cooking ware, the pans wasn’t any good our food stuck to them and the knives weren’t any good. The pool alarm was a pain but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely book this cabin again.

Beautiful Cabin Perfect for Family & Friends !!!

The cabin was clean and looked better in person. There were 14 people in my group, and the home was so spacious we did not feel crowded. If there were any issues or problems, my messages were responded to in a prompt professional manner. Neighbors were nice and quite, and there is a strip near by with plenty of activities and things to do. Perfect for a small birthday gathering or family vacation. The pool alarm was a little difficult to figure out but worked fine afterwards, Wi-Fi worked good & I would definitely return!

Family getaway

Upon arriving we discovered there was no propane for the pool, fireplaces, and bbq grill. We contacted the managers immediately. 5 days later our stay was over and there still was no propane. The children in our party tried the pool once but their teeth were chattering. Our plan for a fish fry went out the window. No comfy fires at night either. Also, the internet went down on day two and took 24 hours to come back. A couple of doors would not close properly. There were also threatening notices left near each TV with the promise of a $100 fine for each wire that is not connected properly if you decide to hook up you own enterainment devices and they don’t provide game stations. Other than those things the house was ok. The furnishings were basic and the mattresses were bargain shelf. No chairs in the bedrooms although the rooms themselves were of good size. Overall, there are many better choices to stay in the Smokies. We have been going there at least once a year for over 20 years. I would not recommend this property.

Great place, poor management

Upon checking in we found they had sent us no front door codes, wrong internet, Alexa didn’t work etc. it advertises tv’s in each room and movie room but only the main tv had cable hooked up. We rented largely for the fireplaces but when we got there none of them worked. We called and complained and called. They weren’t interested in solving the issue. A day later someone finally came out and found that we where out of propane! So, don’t fall for the line about inspecting before you arrive. No working fireplaces, only one tv, a master bath sink that was taped off unusable, doors that didn’t work, the list goes on. Nice place, very poor management.

Annual family celebration

The property itself was great! Few hiccups with the pool alarm and alexa setup but otherwise very happy with the accommodations. Few minor issues with leaky window in one of the bedrooms, basement level initially smelled moldy,kept dehumidifier running nonstop. There was puddle in the theater room somehow?On our last night while playing games, a mouse ran through the kitchen and caused a small ruckus! It ran into the closet lol. Noticed traps under sinks afterwards.Wasn't able to find a trash receptacle for our unit? Used neighbors. Parking wasn't too bad d/t most of the neighboring chalets were empty. We definitely filled the spaces with 3 vehicles. View was great. Watched a tree fall out back. I realize its Aug, but the fireplaces weren't setup for use. The ac definitely had it freezing in there. Everyone was pleased with our stay. Would most definitely stay again despite the issues. Like the new house smell over some of the older units in Gatlinburg. Sorry about the typos and rambling on. Thank you for having us!!
