Located close to the entrance of the park, all condos share a gallery style front porch. This is a 435 sq.ft. condo. You can totally relax and enjoy nature while enjoying all the modern amenities! Comfortable sitting area, fireplace, furnished kitchen, large picture window, bathroom with shower/tub combo, and one bedroom with two Queen size beds. This condo is available year-round. Trout pond fishing is included with your reservation.

It is illegal to take firewood out of Dona Ana county, to prevent the spread of imported fire ant within the New Mexico.
All visitors must check in at the office to get a vehicle tag, which must be visible at all times. We have overflow parking for visitors.
