Spectacular 7th floor condo on the beach, south east Corner unit
You will be mesmerized by the unbelievable rap around view. 2 bed 2 bath completely updated unit. Most of the time you will just stare out at the ocean, the sailboats, in morning enjoy your coffee watching the surfers or the evening having a glass of wine on the balcony. Great fishing off the beach or just grab your chair and enjoy the private sand beach.community is gated and lots going on. Happy hour on Fridays, golf groups, tennis, pickle ball ,fitness groups, This is the preferred south east exposure,75 feet up.The unit is flooded with sunlight(unlike the darker interior units)Every window has a view of water, Doesn’t get any better then this.All smart tv s. super fast internet(300) fully equipped new kitchen (2022) brand new middle bath (2022) king in master, queen in 2nd . 3 month minimum during season January -April 30th

You won’t want to leave ,so many activity's ,very nice group of owners and renters .This isn’t some low floor dark interior unit. This is a sort after 7th floor south east end unit.
