This home boasts 2 spacious family rooms both with big screen smart tv's equipped with smart surround sound. 25 minutes from PHX airport, close to shopping and restaurants for every pallet. Downtown Gilbert is just a 10 minute drive. KitchenAid gas grill , bikes, tennis rackets, pool toys and Ping pong are all included.

Wonderful!

Perfect house. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Tons of towels and kitchen items. Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood. We loved the area and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful vacation dessert home

Beautiful, gorgeous home which was extremely clean! So comfortable and inviting. We had ping pong tournaments, putting green practice, relaxing times swimming and lounging around the pool from teenagers to grandparents. Home is well stocked with everything one needs. Would definitely return.

Perfect getaway

Our family of 7 stayed over Easter. The home was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly! A few things needed updated/fixing but were minor and didn’t affect our trip. We are looking forward to staying again!

Family Trip for wedding

We had a family wedding and needed a place to accommodate 7 people. My kids, my sister and parents. The Nest was perfect. The house was updated with modern decor, comfy couches and beds and had everything we needed. We grilled/cooked, lounged and played games. The location is perfect. 25 mins from airport and close to grocery, shopping, walking etc. We will be back 5 stars!! Thank you to the host Andrea for being available if I had a question.

Exceptional experience

This home is perfect in every way. There is plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are all spacious and the Master Suite is large and inviting. The backyard is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and is close to lots of restaurants and golf courses. The host/hostess was easy to work with and available for questions. We had a wonderful time here and can’t wait to go back.

The Nest is well appointed and comfortable for a family. It’s a welcoming and relaxing environment. We appreciated how clean it was and the layout was very family friendly. We had a wonderful stay at “The Nest!” Andrea was easy to communicate with throughout the process and easily accessible if we had questions. Family Fun Time!!

This is a great home for a family vacation!! We had 5 adults and 4 kids, 11-13. There was plenty of room to spend time together or find quiet time as well. Everything was beautiful and lovely. Great location. Nice touches, like shampoo and cond. and body wash and hairdryer. Large amount of towels and pool towels. Great amount and assortment of dishes and glassware. Great grill. Close to to grocery store. Oh and heated pool was just wonderful. Great hosts with fast response time. Furnishings are stunning! I would live there in a heartbeat.

The Nest is a home away from home.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property. Every part of the house and backyard was clean and pristine. The heated pool overlooking the golf course was a huge hit with the kids! The owners have put a lot of time and effort into making this property everything you would want in a short term rental, and it shows. We look forward to our next visit! Thank you!
