This beautiful brand new 4 bedroom waterfront home is equipped with everything for the perfect stay in Grand Isle. Wrap around deck to view both sunrise and sunsets. Equipped with linens, towels, dishes, boiling pot set up, BBQ pit. The water slip is silted in and shallow at this time. This is a good location for kayaks
With all of our rentals tenant is responsible for filling propane bottles, filling can be done at Bridge Side Marina or exchanged at either of the two grocery stores on the island.
