*Heads up, if it is snowing, you will need chains or a 4x4 for all of Big Bear. We provide snowplow when snow is over FOUR INCHES. A shovel is on-site for guest use for any other snow removal needs. There are no refunds or discounts for not being prepared for the snow/ any acts of nature. Please be prepared to avoid needing towing. Additional plows can be arranged for a fee.
*Critters such as: ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, chipmunks (along with bear, coyote, mountain lions, wild donkey etc) are native to Big Bear and it is typical in the mountains to have an occasional sighting of any of these small creatures, especially during particularly dry/hot seasons when they are searching for water. Please keep in mind you are booking a trip in the wilderness- we are in a mountain town & are located in THEIR territory. We prepare for such sightings with traps, spray etc, but we give no refunds for seeing any of these creatures & want to prepare our guests for what to expect. ***Please do not book if this is an issue. We only want you to have a great time*** If there is ever an abundance of ants etc, you can notify us and we can send our handyman to spray for you. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING ZIPLOCKS & STORAGE CONTAINERS to store your food & NOT leaving any food out (we do not supply because guests end up taking them home).

Big Bear Weekend

Overall great place and location. The house is nicely decorated and modern amenities. The bedrooms are a little smaller than expected as well as the upstairs bath only has a toilet and tiny sink.

Nice and Cozy

We stayed at this cabin and it was really cute and cozy. Easy to get to and around town. The cabin was really nice and clean but any time we cooked there were a few ants and the jacuzzi never really got warm. It was easy to communicate with the cabin owner and the cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back.

Perfect

The house is beautiful with everything nice and new. The check in is no hustle; it took me 2 minutes in the office to sign and get the paper with concise yet comprehensive instructions. Bryan answers the phone momentarily no matter what time you call. He is super friendly and helpful. The house is ideal for a family of up to five people. The neighborhood is great. It is nice and quiet being close to everything. The kitchen is brand new and includes all you might need. When I walked in. I felt like I'm in one of the Ikea's showrooms. Some of the plates and cups still had the Ikea stickers on. I am an eat at home kind of mom, so I also brought some paper plates and cups to make my life much easier, but you would not need them at all. Overall, we enjoyed each and every minute of stay in this house. Thank you
