Beachside Retreat W/Heated Pool
Summary:
Calling all beach lovers! Beach-side, ground-level condo with an “Old-Florida” vibe. Take a dip in the HEATED POOL or follow the condo's private access way to the beach where you can stroll the shores, relax with the waves and splash in the surf. Freshly painted and recently updated, this condo is too cute with a board and batten wall, plank ceiling, and efficient kitchen with needed space. Bedroom with King bed and new memory foam mattress. Close to many restaurants & shops.
The Space:
Ranch condos surround a courtyard area where picnic tables are lined as well as an area to grill. At the end of the courtyard sits the inground pool area with tables and chairs. Walk out of the pool gate area and take the private path to the beach.
Guest Access:
You will have an assigned parking space for the unit. Parking is at the front of the building. If additional parking is needed, there is street parking all around the front of the condo. The Trolley stop is right in front of the condo and can take you in either direction for $1.
The Neighborhood:
Redington Shores is the hidden secret of the Pinellas Beaches. We are close enough to the action for a short drive or Uber, but far enough away to get the peace and relaxation you are looking for. Here is a list of Attractions and travel times:
