My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was super spacious and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with cooking supplies and equipment. Kevin was super responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything!
Everything about this stay was 10/10. Not only was the house cozy and clean, but the location couldn’t be beat. Kevin was an absolute dream of a host, so communicative beforehand and easily reachable if we needed anything (which we didn’t). Highly highly recommend if you’re staying with a larger group—the house had everything from beach chairs and games to towels and linens galore. (It’s also deceptively spacious, plenty of room for everyone to lounge and hangout in their own quarters). The koi fish pond was also an unexpected hit; we loved hanging on the benches after a day in the sun :)
We had a group of 13 stay at the Winedown. The house was fully stocked with beach chairs, towels and everything we needed. Communication was great and we really had the best time. I would definitely stay here again!
Kevin was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect, 5 minutes from town and more spacious than we expected! I would love to stay again next time in Montauk.
Our stay here was fabulous. We were in town for a family wedding and this house was so perfect for our family to gather, relax and get ready for the wedding events. Kevin was amazing and so accommodating but we really did need anything. I can't say enough about how perfect our stay was. Thank you so much!
I stayed here with a few of my friends for a long weekend. We loved our stay! The house has so much space for a larger group. Kevin was a great host - very easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again.
My group and I really enjoyed our weekend at the winedown. The house was spacious and very clean. Everything we needed was there.
Kevin was also a great host - very easy to communicate with and responsive. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi upon arrival but Kevin worked with me to resolve the issue asap. He also left us little touches to make our stay extra special!
Great stay, had no issues. except for Saturday rain.

Why they chose this property
Why is it called The Winedown? A take on "winding down", The Winedown name originated while gathered around our kitchen table... considering our family has been in the wine industry over the past 6 decades, it seems to be the only suitable name.
