Welcome to beautiful South Mission Beach! Perfect for a couples get away or family trip. Enjoy all the comforts of home by the beach. Just a short walking distance from Belmont Park, restaurants, bars and boardwalk. This ground floor unit has a beach cottage feel with stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Free parking space for the unit which is steps from the sand. Laundry, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and umbrella are provided. Beautiful sunsets from the courtyard!

Family Spring break trip

Had a lovely 4 nights/3 days staying here with my 13 year old son and 14 year old daughter. The unit is adorable, well-stocked (linens, beach towels, laundry, shower supplies, kitchen) and the beds are very comfortable. The location cannot be beat! Located just steps from the beach, down the street from a couple of markets, restaurants, and coffee shops, just a 5 minute walk to Belmont park (amusement park, eateries, souvenir shopping etc), and convenient for day trips (La Jolla, Balboa, Coronado, etc). As others have mentioned, the parking spot is tight but doable and we could hear the upstairs renters walking around until midnight but we knew these things coming in to our stay so were expected. Overall, we would come back - Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way

My Sister, my Niece, my best friend thoroughly enjoyed this perfect place by the beach. Walking distance to the beach and much more. Very comfortable and I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect. Thanks to the wonderful host.

Great location, helpful/responsive owners

We enjoyed the condo for our family of 3. My son loved going to the beach, boardwalk and nearby park.The owners were incredibly helpful with a problem with a neighbor’s partying til midnight and got it handled. We couldn’t fit our van in the assigned parking space but found suitable free overnight parking at the Bonita cove south parking lot.We would stay here again.

Amazing stay!

The property was beautiful and really nicely decorated. Everything was clean. We were 20 steps from the beach and so close to great restaurants. Beds were so comfy. It was a really great stay!!

Wonderful property

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. It was about a 30 second walk to the beach.It was nice to sit on the patio and listen to the waves roll in. It was also convenient to get around other parts of San Diego. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Girls trip for 4! Super cute, clean, and comfortable cottage nestled in perfect walking distance to the beach, shops, eateries and Belmont Park. The beds were so comfortable, we had the best nights sleep in years! Shampoo, conditioner & bodywash provided. I would stay here again!

Fresh and Inviting

This cute little beachside condo is a perfect getaway. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the beach and boardwalk.The house is clean and inviting with extra care taken in decor and furnishing choices. The owners have thought of the little things that matter, and this is much appreciated.Although we had a couple concerns during our stay about bed comfort and living room seating, the owners replied quickly and are taking action to remedy the situation.We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Getaway!

We loved our stay at the cottage! The decorations in each room enhanced the beach vibe. Erin is a kind and gracious host - we were greeted with a snack basket and a personalized sign. The location is awesome, too! We hope to come back someday!

Amazing property right next to the water

Well taken care of, great spot on the water. Was very impressed with the place, spacious, great location and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Sleepless in San Diego

The location is great. The problem is the furniture. I’m a world traveler, and a retired travel agent of 41 years. I know a thing or two about hospitality, and this place isn’t it. The beds in both rooms need to be destroyed. We tried both beds. It was impossible to get any sleep. You can feel, and hear every spring and coil. Which is all night because you’re constantly tossing and turning. I had to buy a heating pad at CVS in Pacific Beach and 2 weeks later I’m still having back issues. The living room furniture is no better. Unless you’re under 5ft you wont fit on the sofa. I’m 6ft. My feet hung over the arms by12inches when horizontal. The location is great, I would not stay here unless I knew for a fact the beds have been replaced. Also, there’s not 1 sharp knife in the kitchen. There are many, many knives. Not 1 is sharp. I found a bread knife that kinda worked on meat, but ironically tore up my artisan rolls.

Cozy cottage living

We loved our stay in Mission Beach in the cute cottage with the red door. Close proximity to path and beach made it so fun to walk for coffee and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are great! It’s perfect for a couple or a family of 4!

We've been coming to Mission Beach for years and stay beach side and fell in love with this place. Great location, plenty of food choices within walking distance and just a few steps to the beach. The home was great, very spacious, a/c if needed, laundry, parking and the beach. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully staying here.

Beautiful home with great location

We booked this home for a girls trip and it didn't disappoint only a few steps to the beach. Great neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to Belmont, park or down the boardwalk to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and super helpful. Would stay here again. Adorable home, great layout ancute.helpful.

Cute cottage

The location is great. Erin’s home is so cute and clean. It’s About a 3 min walk to the beach. You can have coffee , eat or have a cocktail on the patio and see the ocean. Very quiet neighborhood. My Friend and I had a wonderful relaxing weekend while our husbands went fishing. Walked along Mission Bay and had dinner. Great getaway !!

Great experience!

We chose this location for its proximity to the beach and all the beach supplies/toys, and it did not disappoint! We loved that the house came with beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards and towels - it was perfect for our family who was extremely excited for time near the ocean. The house itself was super cute, clean and has everything you need. The parking space and laundry were a great bonus too. We also loved that so many things are within walking distance!! We loved Lazy Eye Coffee and the açaí bowls from Beach Bowls Deli - we’d get breakfast and then eat/relax on the beach! And you can’t beat the sunsets - they are stunning! Erin was a great host! We got to meet her and her family when we arrived and she was quick to respond to questions and had great suggestions about the area. We had some trouble with the code to the front door but she quickly fixed it and we had no problems the rest of our stay. We would love to stay here agin in the future!
