The Space:
Nestled in the charming town of Duck NC, this spacious beach house provides over 2,400 sf of living and entertaining space. Boasting direct beach access, it welcomes family, friends and of course your furry companions. Providing the comforts of home, this place will take you to a place of relaxation, just a few steps away from the ocean's waves and sandy shore beneath your feet.
As you step inside the property, sunlight streams through large windows, illuminating the open-concept livings areas adorned with tasteful coastal decor. On the upper level is the heart of the home, a spacious living room, featuring 20 foot wood beam ceilings, plenty of seating with ocean views and a large TV for watching the special game or movies. Adjacent to the living area is a seamless transition to a fully equipped kitchen providing you with all the essentials you need to prepare meals and snacks. The breakfast bar offers a convenient spot for quick bites or casual dining. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, creating a welcoming space for enjoying meals together. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this level. For those who need to stay productive, a dedicated workspace with a desk is available, allowing you to attend to any work needs. Step out onto the balcony, furnished with Adirondack chairs, and soak in the coastal ambiance while enjoying the fresh sea breeze.

Take a dip in the inviting saltwater pool or relax in the hot tub and then sunbathe in one of the lounge chairs provided. An outdoor poolside table with six seats offers an ideal spot for al fresco dining and enjoying meals made on the adjacent gas grill. The attached cabana offers a retreat from the sun, equipped with AC, a comfortable couch, Murphy bed, full bathroom, a 85” TV for entertainment, a lounge area, a refrigerator, and a sink.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.
**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
