DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY-LIAR

This renter cancelled on me an my kids on the DAY WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECK IN! I read the review that he had cancelled on others & he did it to us!!! He lied about water issues but re-rented the unit for more money the same weekend! He did not even refund us! I had to call VRBO and insist on my refund! He did not care that we were at the airport about to leave our state to fly into Houston and had no where to stay! He is a LIAR, he is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! To add insult to injury VRBO "accommodated" us for ONE night because of the last minute cancellation and put me and my family in harms way by booking us at the equivalent of a HOMELESS SHELTER!!! Extended Stay--Trash in the Hallways, no clean towels, dirty sheets, no water pressure and the rooms smelled!!!! VRBO claims they are going to suspend this renter person but I will continue to follow up until something is done about him! He has done this to other people and does not need this platform to do this again to others! **DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON!!! THE LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION CAN AND MOST LIKELY WILL HAPPEN TO YOU & YOUR FAMILY**

It was the perfect location, very clean, spacious,confy, looked exactly like the images showed,had everything that we need, 100% recommended staying here!

If you want to enjoy your vacation I highly recommend you not booking with Vrbo and not booking with this host. Literally less than 24 hours of arriving to Houston the host called to cancel our reservation we booked back in July claiming his a/c went out. We asked him if we could go buy our own a/c box for our stay because we did not have anywhere else to go and everyone was sold out since this was the weekend Beyoncé was home. We contacted Vrbo they have the worst customer service ever told us that we will need to find our own stay like it was our fault the host canceled and that they will think about paying out the difference that we now have to pay additional on finding somewhere else. Vrbo has yet to respond to the emails and when you call they claim they can not transfer you to a manger and can not transfer over to the team working on the case. Literally from dealing with this situation it drained our energy, experience, and excitement we had on seeing Beyoncé. We could not even go to our reservations we had scheduled from literally dealing with this. The host and Vrbo had no remorse whatsoever that he had literally 2 females stranded in Houston
