Home away from home!

We attended a KC vs ATL football game on a Sunday night. Came in Saturday and stayed through Monday. Walmart was VERY close (the cleanest one I think I’ve ever been in!). The check in process was easy and seamless! Parking in front of the unit, chilly AC, ample space for the two of us! Lots of dishes to make meals! 15 minute walk to the stadium. Everyone we encountered on the way were friendly and even tho ugh we had opposing colors on, we enjoyed the banter! We will be back!

Decent apartment

The apartment wasn’t bad at all (minus the extremely uncomfortable bed in the main bedroom). The neighborhood is a little sketchy but surprisingly very quiet. The outside of the building is a turn off however I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the apartment!

Nice stay in Vine City

We were comfortable with our stay and felt safe. There are a few items that need to be addressed in the unit, but we have sent a message to owner so hopefully they can be corrected. We walked to the stadium and it’s a long walk so be prepared. Doable but it was hot outside and made the walk very long.

Good Location for Events at Mercedes-Benz

Very walkable to Mercedes-Benz stadium, but glad we were in a group coming back. The walk is a little dark and deserted once you're a few blocks from the stadium. With that said, we did not see anyone at 11:30 pm. The apartment was clean. No ice maker or ice trays (that we saw). Twin beds are trundled.

Was better than a hotel.

Issues we had were fixed fast. Had parking for several cars as was needed. Fear not the look of the area, the locals were very nice. Walmart in walking range and was able to make a nice meal in the location.

Convenient location and quiet neighborhood

My sister and I spent 3 nights here while visiting our father nearby. The reviews we saw were very accurate. The neighborhood does look a bit sketchy, but it's apparent that the whole neighborhood is in the process of being revitalized. Many homes are being updated and out number the vacant ones. It was a very quiet area. The inside of the apartment was clean and nicely updated. It's a bonus that they have off street parking, although we did have difficulty discerning which parking space to use as the numbers on the spaces need to be repainted. Eric was very quick to respond to every message we sent. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Atlanta aquarium/Coca-Cola museum. I wish we had had time to visit the recommended neighborhood restaurants. As another review stated: no ice cube trays (we bought a bag with us). Also: it is located on the 2nd floor of the building In case stairs are a concern, and there is no dishwasher, but we had few dishes to wash. Oh, and bring a cork screw wine opener. We had a very nice neighbor help with that minor issue. All-in-all we'd stay there again.

Great Location Great Place

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. It was very clean, the host was very responsive to communication, and it was in a great location. My friends and I were able to walk to the Atlanta Hawks game we wanted to go to and were just a short walk away from a MARTA station as well in case we wanted to go anywhere farther.

Looks exactly as listed and very close to stadium...

The place was exactly as listed. The couch was a little hard and could use a deep cleaning but other than that it was very nice. Neighborhood is in the hood but a lot of homes in the area were being renovated. AT&T stadium was a short 10 - 15 minute walk.

Good for the price

Primarily selected this property for how close it is to the Mercedes Benz stadium and the free parking available. Convenient location for Ubering and/or walking to lots attractions/restaurants. The unit itself was decently clean, there was some dirt on the floor at the main entrance when we first entered but we just used the swiffer mop and vacuum in the closet to clean up some, as well as the fridge had crumbs on the shelves. This may not be a factor to most. The bathroom sink’s hot water gets scorching hot very quickly, however, the shower only got up to a barely luke warm temp…just a little unfortunate with two people having to shower with what felt like a cold shower after a minute or two. There is also no ice maker or ice trays available (that we noticed), just a heads up! The unit served its purpose for a quick and easy stay close to the stadium at a decent price, though!

The experience

The person we rented from was AMAZING!! Easy to contact help with the a/c that I didn’t know how to work. Apt was very clean with private balcony. Parking was free just a little confusion with the neighbor,I would definitely stay again. Location was super convenient 5-7 mins from everything in downtown Atlanta. It’s a little riff however it a mind your business and they’ll mind their business neighborhood.

Close to Mercedes Benz

The big draw of this place is the proximity to Mercedes Benz stadium. We were here for the Taylor Swift show and it was so great to be able to walk to and from the stadium. The neighborhood does look and feel a bit sketchy but we walked home at 11:30 pm one night and had no issues. And we met one of our neighbors (shout out to Howard) and he was lovely! The inside of the place was recently re-done, designed well, and looked like pictures. It’s cute and spacious and slept 4 adults and a child very comfortably. It wasn’t spotless (we found some dirty dishes and silverware) but nothing egregious at all. Overall, recommend because of the proximity to the stadium and the inside!
