The Space:
This super cute home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage and a LARGE backyard with a heated pool! This beautiful home has a master bedroom with an En-suite bathroom that has a Queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and is located next to the main bathroom. The last bedroom has 2 Queen beds with luxury style mattresses for a perfect night's rest! The main bathroom has a tub and shower. Each room has a smart television, perfect for streaming movies! The living room has an open feel with a pull-out Queen bed. The backyard is super spacious and has a beautiful brand-new pool! Along with outdoor seating, nighttime pool lighting, BBQ grill, pool toys, a cooler and beach essentials! This home is also has bicycles available to ride down the bike trail that is minutes away! The garage has a private washer and dryer for your convenience.

The guests will have access to the entire home!

This cozy home is just 10 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach. It is located on a quiet street with the bike trail and park in walking distance. Publix is conveniently located just 5 minutes away. Local shoppes, Botanical Gardens and restaurants also located nearby!

Perfect stay with an excellent host

Upon arrival, our group was shocked at how clean and ready the property was for us. Everything we needed was where we expected it to be, including silverware and plates/bowls. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions (which was seldom), and she made sure our stay was perfect. I would recommended her to anyone wanting to have a hassle-free stay

Beautiful home close to everything!

3 generations stayed at this beautiful house. The host Ashlee is amazing! Price can't be beat because its not on the beach, but it's close enough!

Needs an upgrade

Property was quite small in the inside. Hosting a large party (we were 14) was way too many for this house. It was definitely a tight squeeze. One of the bunk beds was shaking too much and the screws were very loose. We couldn’t let any of the kids sleep up there so that was a waste of space. The bathroom in the master bedroom is extremely small. Not suited for a plus sized person. Also, there is no sink in the master bath. You have to go to the other bathroom to wash your hands. The couch had a moldy smell. This house is not suitable for disabled people. The doorways are way too small. A wheelchair would not make it through to the bathrooms. The only thing that was actually good about the house was the backyard. The pool was perfect and the entire backyard setup was nice.

Very clean

Overall we had a good experience at this place. It was super clean and the check in process was easy. We had two families staying there and the pool was amazing for the kids to swim in. The short drive (10-25 min. Depending on which beach you went to) to the beach wasn’t bad. The room off the kitchen wasn’t ideal though, especially not having a sink in the bathroom. There was still a toilet and shower so we usually used the shower or kitchen sink to wash hands or brush teeth. Not a deal breaker but not ideal. The beds were all super comfy and the kids loved the queen bunk bed room. We donated a beach umbrella and chair since there wasn’t any for us so hopefully someone can get use out of it :) it did take me a few texts to get a hold of the host but once she responded, she took care of what we needed.

Great Place!

Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property. Check in was extremely easy, and Ashlee was always very responsive when I had any questions or concerns regarding our stay. The pool was great. A previous review wrote negatively regarding pool. Yes, there are leaves that fall into the pool, but that is mother nature- not on this property. We skimmed the pool frequently which was not an issue at all. An employee came and vacuumed the pool and skimmed once during our 3 night stay which we appreciated. The only issue I could see was that a lot of their inflatable floaties we broken, but we did not use them so it did not really matter to us. The house was very spacious and well decorated. The house is close to Indian Rocks Beach and several grocery stores.

Read the fine print...

Things aren't always as they seem. You are asked to pay for the pool heat just before arrival. The pool is full of oak leaves. Hundreds of them. There are no dressers in the bedrooms and brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink is not ideal. Regardless, the home was nice and clean.
