Don’t Stay Here

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm. We didn’t get check info until after 4pm because I had to chat with VRBO to finally get it. There area didn’t feel safe. It wasn’t clean. Found pubic hair in the shower. The towels and shower curtain were dirty. We never got WiFi access. The information that was given was incorrect. We were told the owner would work on it. Parking isn’t explained before checking in and it’s overly crowded area of cars. This place shouldn’t be allowed to be listed on VRBO.

Husband was going down to Laredo on a job asked the landlord if was a secure adequate parking on rental location for his boat which landlord replied yes in an texted message. After my husband got to Rental location. There was only one parking area per vehicle and she suggested he use a parking lot across the road or she had an unsecured parking area about five minutes away from the rental location. Husband, then decided that that wasn’t safe or secure for his boat. He went to another location as soon as he got off work on Sunday and got a hotel that had a more area +24 hour security, where he felt his boat was safe. Requested refund of the balance, which was three days on his rental, which was refused by Vrbo and the landlord. Provided Vrbo with Proof from landlord that she confirmed there was adequate enough parking for my husband‘s vehicle and boat on rental location. They still denied refund.

Disappointed

Kitchen was advertised. We found 1 fork, knife, spoon. No mugs, cups, or drinking glasses. We asked for coffee and mugs. Only mugs provided. Bed was a problem for my husband. He felt that he would roll off. It was not worth the money we spent. Also VRBO was contacted and promised a return call and that did not happen.

Wonderful Stay

Had an amazing time, beautiful, clean, and elegant space. Hosts were excellent, very communicative, and very pleasant. Would absolutely stay again, looking forward to the next time.

Sweet Stay!

Karla's unbelievably Complimentary, attentive, sweet, and prompt. Her property was absolutely A+ in Every department. I'd almost move here to rent Her spaces.
