Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home! Any smoke evidence will result in odor removal and additional cleaning fees.

★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We allow pets in our homes. However, cats and dogs must be discussed/approved by the host before booking. There is a one-time $75 flat fee for bringing pets due to the extra cleaning and sanitation we must do to ensure the unit is clean for our next guest.

Please notify host ahead of time how many pets and what breeds you will be bringing. We love pets, but please don’t sneak them in or there will be a $125 fee charged to the guest.
