Film Festival

The apartment was perfect for attending the Film Festival, we could walk to the theatre and Uber to the events that were farther away. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, great downtown location, close to the shops. The bedrooms were very quiet.

Great if you’re going out and staying up late but

The apartment was beautiful!! Truly. Issue was it was listed as family friendly and it’s not. If we were going to be going out until 1am it would be great because of location, but we had a 3 year old and it was INSANELY loud because of the bars, which would’ve been fine if we hadn’t had a child with us. The heat wasn’t working which the owners told us about but they said there were ample space heaters, there were two tiny ones that we had to move from room to room.

Great location

Perfect location to enjoy downtown Wilmignton. It is in the center of it all. The space is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed how close it was to all parts of downtown. We parked our cars and never moved them. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was light and bright, super clean, and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, ca block from the river and right in the heart of historic downtown with the beaches a short drive away. The host was also great, very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great experience

I came in for a wedding and only stayed one night. It’s a great location and loved the open feel of the property. Easy access in and out. And despite being downtown, the noise did not travel into the bedrooms and I was able to sleep great. The water pressure was amazing!! Loved waking up to the sun coming in the big windows and enjoying a cup of coffee while the venders set up for their Sunday market. Would definitely stay here again!!

Obsessed!

I am obsessed with this place! It is beautiful inside, well decorated and the perfect location. I loved the huge windows throughout the kitchen/living area. Walking distance to everything downtown. I feel like we got an amazing deal for the size of the place. We will definitely be back.

Cannot Recommend (On Weekend, Anyway)

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to be within walking distance to the reception, which this was. There is not onsite parking, as described. We used the parking garage about three blocks away. We did not use the parking pass provided since it would have meant extra trips to and from the apartment. It was 12 for overnight. No big deal. The apartment is clean, bedrooms could use new beds and bedding. Even with that, I would not be leaving a two star except for the noise that went on all night long. There is a club right across the alley, and it was hopping. I can’t say if that is just a weekend thing, but since we were there on a Saturday night, that was our experience. We wouldn’t stay again.

Awesome apartment & location

Sarah was wonderful to work with from pre-booking answering our questions and throughout the entire process. Check in is easy and we loved the apartment. It’s so spacious and has everything you need. Already messaged her about reserving again next year. The location is awesome - we enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Great coffee shop and Italian grocery store next door. Wilmington wedding

Property was incredibly spacious! We were in town for a wedding and learned on the day of the event that the bridal party was staying directly above us! With that being said, the layout of the property has the bedrooms away from the public space of the apartment, and away from the street, so we were pretty well insulated from the sound of the late night shenanigans. Bear in mind, this is definitely a partying neighborhood with two bars on the alleyway outside the living room ... and located in the hot/happening nightlife part of the historic district. It can be pretty loud. Having checked out the lay of the land beforehand, I knew to bring my foam ear plugs, and I'm glad I did. I will say this much, my family members who stayed in the local hotel were VERY jealous of all the space we had ... at a significantly lower rate than they paid. Communication with Sarah was timely, pleasant and effortless. A GREAT manager/hostess. I will definitely consider returning for an off- season ladies weekend with some of my friends. Thank you, Sarah! This was my first VRBO experience and it will definitely NOT be my last.
