Welcome to Hart Mt. #5, a modern, single-level home, located in Sunriver’s North End.

Ideal for 2 small families or one larger family. Everyone will enjoy making memories on your next vacation. This 1,478 sq. ft. home has an open floor plan giving it a spacious feel.

Make a tasty home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Followed by watching a movie in front of the gas fireplace.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV with cable. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a bedroom with two twins, perfect for the younger ones in the group. The beautifully decorated queen bedroom has a rocking chair, perfect for reading your favorite book. The twin and queen bedrooms share the second bathroom equipped with a tub shower combo.

Outside, the back patio is fully fenced so your family dog can remain secure while everyone enjoys a good old-fashioned BBQ.

Take one of the 7 bikes out for a ride to explore the 30+ miles of paved bike paths in Sunriver. After your long ride, come back to your vacation getaway and have a nice soak in the private hot tub underneath the night sky.

Hart Mt. #5 comes with 8 Unlimited SHARC passes, providing access to the SHARC, free tennis, free pickleball, free disc golf, and free access to the Sunriver Marina.

Perfect place for a family trip to the snow. We enjoyed the paths for walking the dogs, enjoyed the village and drive to mt. Bachelor. House was clean and well stocked. Would definitely return

Great stay in Sunriver
This was a comfortable home to stay in. Loved that it was one level. Very clean. Kitchen has everything you could need, including a few spices and oils! We would definitely stay here again!The only suggestions we have are that it could use some additional/updated games, perhaps some new pillows, and some conditioner, as only shampoo was provided. Also, the check out instructions say to take recycling to the recycling center, but the recycling center has signs saying it is permanently closed.

Delightful Getaway
My daughter & I enjoyed a quiet retreat with birds, squirrels & deer to enjoy each day. Pleasant surroundings, yet easy access to main roads. The home was beautiful & spacious. Her little dog enjoyed being able to look out windows & spend time on enclosed deck. Would easily return for another stay!

Wonderful place
My family was in Sunriver for my daughter's wedding and this home fit perfect for most of our needs. I liked the location which gave you an option to drive thru Sunriver to the Village and Sharc or take the freeway. Riding bikes to and from Village also a nice way to go which were there for use. Overall it was very clean and had several options for entertainment. Hot tub was great for the relaxing after full day. Sharc passes also a fun time aquatic center.

It was a great house, perfect for the kids. Kitchen was nice and big and enjoyed making all our meals together. Close to so much! Had a great time with our SHARC passes as well. We will be back this summer!

Nice quiet location. Lots of deer. Would’ve been nice to have fans for the living area. Was kind of hot for a couple of days. Would be nice to know about the kid sized bike that was available and maybe a description of what smash ball paddles are and where to get the tennis balls. We had a blast.

Nice house but it’s hot. No AC!!!
House is clean and in a good location. We’ll stocked with everything we needed for the week. It also has a peekaboo view of Mt Bachelor from the back deck. Beware - there is no AC and we had a week of 85+ weather. Most Sunriver houses stay relatively cool even in hot weather. Not this one. The property management rented a portable AC to us for $25 per day but it barely helped and only cooled the living room. Bedrooms were hot and uncomfortable even with the windows open at night. We baked in this house all week. The owner needs to seriously consider installing AC as I don’t think this house has any insulation.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean, had all the amenities necessary for a weekend getaway, and the hot tub was ready for us when we got there! I especially enjoyed that the home was pet friendly and close to everything Sunriver has to offer.

great house!
This house was just perfect for our stay. Couple things though... The fenced in area for pets is not a yard, just the deck. The area was great for having dogs outside with us but it is not a yard. We were there on some scorching days, very fun, and although the house does not have AC it was fine except the bedroom windows were locked closed so couldn't enjoy the cool evening weather in bedrooms. Had a small issue with the BBQ but Stephen from maintenance was out immediately and fixed it. One more thing... SHARC is a beautiful facility but mainly for young children not teens.
